The CW aired another new episode of “Supernatural” tonight (April 2,2009) entitled “The Monster at the End of This Book”. I must say it was one of the season’s strongest episodes. I was totally intrigued right from the start. Julie Siege, the writer for this episode is an absolute genius. Basically the show pitched the idea of, what if there’s a guy somewhere that Dean and Sam don’t know about who’s writing everything they’ve been through from beginning to end,and has actually published a whole series of books on it entitled , (you’ll never guess this one) “Supernatural”.
Review : “Supernatural : Criss Angel is a Douche Bag” episode. I thought this episode was ok ,and it did keep me interested the whole way through ,but there’s no doubt that I’m still really waiting for this show to pick up again from where it left off before the one month break with the whole Angels thing.However, this episode was a good filler and highly entertaining.
Sam and Dean investigate murders that are happening which aren’t leaving any marks are traces on the victim’s body’s. They soon discover that they are linked to a local stage magician’s act. At first they hunt down the magician who’s performing to get answers to the voodoo like murders, but they are met with resistance from him.
Review : “Supernatural : Family Remains” episode. Last night’s episode lacked a little compared to it’s first half of the season shows. I thought Smallville brought a much more entertaining show last night. Having said that, it was still a very good show.
In this episode, a house is haunted by what appears to be the ghost of a female girl and her brother.Unfortunately a new family has moved in.Dean and Sam try to warn them of the impending doom. Then they also come to find out that the girl and her brother haunting the house are actually human an have been trapped in the house their whole lives,mentally barely human,and are on a killing spree. The only thing is the two angry siblings don’t want to kill children only adults.They end up kidnapping the son of the new family that has moved in so Dean and Sam have to fight like hell to come to the rescue,and kill the two vicious human siblings off.
In episode 10 of season 4 “Supernatural” picks up where the last episode left off . The angels, Castiel and Uriel have come to kill Anna,but Dean and Sam put up resistance. They of course are no match for the Angels. In the midst of the fighting,Anna somehow makes them dissappear by sending them off to a place far,far away. Dean and Sam then realize there’s much more to Anna than they realize so they bring in Pamela the psychic from a couple of episodes back that got here eyes burned out by summoning up Castiel and seeing his true form.
Pamela proceeds to hypnotise Anna so that she can regain her memory.
In episode 10 of season 4 “Supernatural : Heaven and Hell” Anna regains her memory of the past and finds out why the angels, Castiel and Uriel want to kill her. However, Dean and Sam still disagree with the angels and try to help Anna restore and important part of her past so she [...]
In the 9th episode of season 4 “Supernatural” Anna (guest star Julie McNiven) can overhear Angels talking and making plans. This brings on an onslaught of demons wanting capture her alive so that they can have the one up on the Angels. Dean and Sam get the tip off from Ruby(guest star Genevieve Cortese) that she’s out there and to find her before the demons do. So off they go to find her. When Dean and Sam find Anna she already knows who they are from listening to the Angels.
The 8th episode of season 4 “Supernatural, Wishful thinking” unravels the mystery of a magic wishing well. Dean and Sam investigate what appears to be a ghost(actually a boy who can turn invisible) popping up in women’s showers,and a talking bi polar teddy bear. After a little more exploration they come to find out that it has to do with a magical wishing well that grants wishes at first but then they turn bad and create problems for the wisher.
The 7th episode of season 4 “Supernatural” starts out with some mysterious deaths that Dean and Sam start to investigate. They find that a witch has been sacrificing people in order to summon a demon named Samhain when they come across some hex bags.They find out with a little research that this demon can summon every evil thing that they try and fight all in one single place. Castiel the badass angel returns on to the scene
This 6th episode of season 4 “Supernatural” starts off pretty funny showing Dean running from a little puppy dog. It turns out that Dean was infected with a Ghost disease while looking at a dead corpse during an investigation.The disease instills fear in the victim which leads to strange behaviours, jumpyness,anxiety and in the final stages death by heart attack.
This 5th episode of season 4 Supernatural “Monster Movie” episode is in black and white as sort of a “spoof” on old black and white horror films. It starts off with Dean and Sam driving into Pennsyvania. They’re talking about what may be a vampire case. Next we see Dean and Sam starting their investigating thing at some carnival . The sheriff shows them a dead girl’s body at the morgue with a vampire bite in her neck. Next, we see Dean and Sam investigating at a bar . Dean flirts with this Blonde chick and they interview this weird guy talking about how he saw the vampire bite that dead girl they saw earlier in the morgue. Then there’s a scene with this guy kissing a girl in the car that’s parked in the woods.
