CW's new 90210 "Off The Rails" episode was of it's rocker tonight with the dramatics. In their 18th episode of season 1, Annie finally excepted the conclusion of her and Ethan's once burgeoning teen relationship in the midst of their overly dramatic search for Erin Silver, better known as just "Silver". She also made up with a very bitter Naomi as Annie realized or came to the conclusion that she had been a jerk to her when she dated Ethan behind her back. Meanwhile the still very crazy Silver is off to the train station talking about how she needs to get to Kansas, and go back to the "Source" as she called it. This so called "Source" turns out to be where Dixon grew up.

CW’s new 90210 “Off The Rails” episode was of it’s rocker tonight with the dramatics. In their 18th episode of season 1, Annie finally excepted the conclusion of her and Ethan’s once burgeoning teen relationship in the midst of their overly dramatic search for Erin Silver, better known as just “Silver”. She also made up with a very bitter Naomi as Annie realized or came to the conclusion that she had been a jerk to her when she dated Ethan behind her back. Meanwhile the still very crazy Silver is off to the train station talking about how she needs to get to Kansas, and go back to the “Source” as she called it. This so called “Source” turns out to be where Dixon grew up.

Silver started rambling that if she could find out more about Dixon’s past, she could figure out why Dixon got so upset with her about the whole video taped sex situation as if it wasn’t already pretty obvious ,lol!!! Adrianna, and Navid talk more about her baby situation which was pretty mellow to put it nicely. The show finally concludes with a big, dramatic “Silver” break down at a railroad track once Dixon, and his parents arrive there following a tip off from a guy at the train station. Dixon, up until this point had been very non responsive, and wanted to blow Silver off as drama queen. But, then at the very dramatic moment when Silver looks like she’s about to jump in front of a moving train, Dixon realizes that hey she might really have a mental problem, and needs help. Dixon, then finally breaks down, and goes to help Silver. Kelly and Ryan show up at the scene, and take Silver to the hospital. It turns out that Silver has a Bipolar disorder.

The show was very entertaining, and directed by the old Beverly Hills 90210 star and Alumni, Jason Priestly. He did a great job. The show really had me goin there towards the end.

The 21st episode of season 3 NBC Heroes “In Asylum” saw Claire hangin out with her good ole dad, Nathan who eventually gets wasted drunk in a shot game at a bar in Mexico, and passes out.Unfortunately he lost a couple of bets in the process, but Claire is able to step in and help out since her regenerative powers allow her to drink as much as she wants without getting drunk.

Meanwhile Peter Petrelli helps fly his mom, Angela Petrelli out of a bind when she’s surrounded by a bunch of Danko’s men in an elevator. Now, for the really interesting part. Sylar teams up with Danko to bring down a shape shifter who has been secretly killing off Danko’s men. Sylar’s deal doesn’t take to well with Danko at first. But after having trouble catching the shape shifter, Danko eventually is swayed by Sylar to let him help him catch the shape shifter even knowing that when he does, he will take his power. Sylar and Danko eventually do capture the shape shifter at a club. Sylar, then takes his power so he can now change or shape shift into any person he desires. He also is still working with Danko to capture all people with powers or abilities.

My Take :I thought this episode was particularly more entertaining then the other episodes which was refreshing as “Heroes” can tend to be a little boring and just plain weird at times. The advent of Sylar gaining the power to shape shift puts a very interesting twist on this show, now as he could be anyone. They’ve got me interested again. I say that because I was staring to get pretty board with the show as a whole.

Joss Whedon's "Dollhouse" aired it's latest episode entitled "Needs" last night, and it was no let down . In fact it took me for quite a spin. The Dollhouse decided to test four of the actives : Echo,Victor / Lubov, Sierra,Melle, and one other one,but he's wasn't important. I think he was just filler since his test ended at the beginning of the episode, and there's no cast info for him .So Echo and the others to complete their test.
Joss Whedon’s “Dollhouse” aired it’s latest episode entitled “Needs” last night, and it was no let down . In fact it took me for quite a spin. The Dollhouse decided to test four of the actives : Echo,Victor / Lubov, Sierra,Melle, and one other one,but he’s wasn’t important. I think he was just filler since his test ended at the beginning of the episode, and there’s no cast info for him .So Echo and the others to complete their test. The “Dollhouse” reinstalled their same, original personality that they had when they first entered the Dollhouse except they didn’t give them the memories as to why they were there, and how they volunteered to be there in the first place. They wanted to test them to see what they would do or what their basic instinct would lead them to do.

The Dolls are now all freaked out and immediately try and escape. Of course they are successful because it’s really all just a setup by the “Dollhouse” the whole time, but we the viewing audience doesn’t know that which means we are taken on one hell of ride. When the Dolls make it outside the facility, Echo stays because she wants to fulfill an instinctive need to free all the other dolls in the house. Victor,Sierra, and Melle drive off in one of the cars in an attempt to figure out what to do next. They eventually let Melle out because she has an instinctive need to find her daughter that she remembered having. While Victor takes Sierra to see the man she remembered who is responsible for putting her in the “Dollhouse”. Victor helping her out, is fulfilling his basic instinctive or need to love and protect Sierra.

The dramatic part comes when the power goes out in the Dollhouse, and Echo who is now an angry Caroline, has a gun and starts to threaten Topher Brink, the science guy. She almost makes him do the whole memory wipeto himself in the chair which made me freak out just a bit. Finally, Adelle Dewitt, the lady incharge comes in and stops it. She helps Echo do whatever she wants which means all the dolls in the house are walking out into the world with no minds. Then all of a sudden Echo collapses as well as the other three dolls who were being tested. At that very moment, I was like oh,ok,they freakin planned all this crap. They got me good. However, I don’t think the power outage was planned. They were really on their heels when that happened.

It was a great episode. Joss Whedon really outdoes himself with this new show of his. He didn’t do well a couple of years back with “Fire Fly”, but he is indeed back with the “Dollhouse” fa sho.

CW's "The Game " came with their 17th episode entitled "Hill Street Blues" on April 3,2009. The show once again was able to display a good mix of drama and comedy as Derwin's jealous temper leads him to confront Janay's ex boyfriend, Hill Harper (guest-starring as himself) on the set of his movie over a list of songs he wrote down on a piece of paper for her. Meanwhile, Melanie tries to find a way to bring closure to her and Derwin's relationship. She starts off by making out with the cable guy.

The show also brought some great comical moments with a scene of Derwin playing poker with his teamates having funny guy talk, and cracking jokes. They also introduced Kelly’s (Brittany Daniels) new boyfriend who is a gym owner that she’s actually been seeing in secret for quite some time now. So the writers have managed to jumble a lot of these relationships around since it’s conception 2 1/2 years ago in a very funny and interesting way. I look forward to seeing what else they do with this show in the future.

While Clark was found by the Kents. Davis wasn't so lucky and was picked up or captured, I should say, by the less gentle Luthor Corp people. Tess stumbles onto this information and tries to kill Davis by blowing up his car,but then soon finds out he’s immortal when he doesn’t die of course.

Later on in the episode, Davis tries to kill himself because he doesn’t want to kill anymore people, mainly Clark who he is supposedly sent to earth to destroy. But his efforts to kill himself with meteor or kryptonite juice fails ,and actually makes him stronger. So I’m not sure what the writers have in store to kill him off or just the beast within him. They’ve apparently made Chloe (Allison Mack) a main ingredient in the whole plot as Davis is able to take solace in her and stay calm, but who knows how long that will last. I’m sure there is another twist abound. We’ll see.

The CW aired another new episode of "Supernatural" tonight (April 2,2009) entitled "The Monster at the End of This Book". I must say it was one of the season's strongest episodes. I was totally intrigued right from the start. Julie Siege, the writer for this episode is an absolute genius. Basically the show pitched the idea of, what if there's a guy somewhere that Dean and Sam don't know about who's writing everything they've been through from beginning to end,and has actually published a whole series of books on it entitled , (you'll never guess this one) "Supernatural".

The CW aired another new episode of “Supernatural” tonight (April 2,2009) entitled “The Monster at the End of This Book”.
Dean and Sam soon discover this fact when they come across one of the books in a comic book store. The books aren’t really hot sellers, but they definitely spark Dean and Sam’s interest as they tell of their lives with exact precision. Dean and Sam move swiftly to hunt down the author who is writer, Carver Edlund (guest star Rob Benedict). It is eventually made known to all three of them that Carver is actually a prophet of the Lord who is destined to foretell the Gospel of Dean and Sam. In this episode, that very fact helps get them out of a dreadful bind with a very powerful demon named, Lilith.

The show was highly entertaining. I give big Kudos to the director, Mike Rohl and the writer, Julie Siege.

The one thing that really sparked my interest, though, is this wack trip that Silver is on. I swear if I didn’t know any better, I’d think she’s on speed. She did things like hop into his bed in the middle of the night rambling like a mad woman, tried to have sex with Dixon like everywhere, and started talking about buying a studio or something because she’s really all hyped up about a school film project. But,then she does exactly what I thought she would do. She filmed them having sex for her video project, and looked surprised when Dixon was upset. I knew she was kind of nutty but this episode ices the cake in a big way because they capped it off with surprise for me. Man, I just knew Silver was a ticking time bomb just looking to explode.

Meanwhile Naomi is really interested in hanging out with this edgy guy who pays her hardly any attention, but isn’t that always the case with pretty girls. They love that crap. Then on the Ethan front, he’s been telling Rhonda that they’re just friends and that Annie is his girlfriend. But you wouldn’t know it with the way he’s been treating Annie. It seems to me like he just needs to get over his self, and realize people have issues.Annie gave him a piece of her mind when she found out about the kiss they had. I thought the show was excellent, and had great writing.by Caprice Crane.

The drug apparently doesn’t have the same effect on actives as it does on everyone else. The actives don’t get effected as quickly but eventually it causes them to have flashbacks. When Echo makes her way over to the college, she meets a guy named, Sam who appears to want to help her find out who’s responsible for the drug. However, it eventually turns out that Sam himself is the one responsible for the drug . He wants to sell it to a big company for profit. Echo runs him down and stops him with the help of a knock out blow from her handler, Boyd Langton.

They also program Echo to go back out ,and have a personal confrontation with agent Paul Ballard which results in a very intense fight between the two. It eventually ends with Echo telling him the Dollhouse is real, but that he can’t do anything to stop them as they are highly protected, and that there are at least 20 Dollhouses in existance. She basically tells him that he needs to back off with his investigation of the Dollhouse.

Review : In "True Believer" the Dollhouse is hired to program Echo to be a believer in a heavily armed "Children of the Temple" cult that are residing in a compound, and led by a man named, Jonas Sparrow. The Dollhouse performs a surgery on Echo to implant cameras into her head so the ATF (Alcohol,Tobacco,& Firearms) agents can monitor what's going on while she is inside.

She's temporarily blinded by the surgery, so she's sent in to be a blind woman wanting to join the cult. Eventually when ATF agents want to raid the compound with smoke, and eventually fire, Echo regains her sight, and fights back against the cult leader who wants them to stay inside and die. She is successful and gets everyone out before it's to late.
