Mr. Zac Efron is doing a remake of the 1984 classic,”Footloose” for Paramount and is reported by Celebrity-Gossip.net to make about $10 milllion for the film. Peter Sollett the director of “Nick and Norah’s infinite playlist” is going to rewrite the script. Craig Zadan, who worked as a producer on the original Footloose film, will be back to produce the remake. It will have a mixture of new songs and old songs like Bonnie Tyler’s “Holding out for a Hero”. The now, 50 yr old actor, Kevin Bacon gave Efron his blessing for the film stating that he’s a good choice and is very talented. He is also reported by Celebrity-Gossip.net to make about $12 million to star along side Johnny Depp in “Pirates of the Caribbean 4″. Read the rest of this entry »
