Ben Lyons from E! online got to interview the beautiful Jessica Szohr that plays Vanessa Abrams on CW’s “Gossip Girl”,and she gave a little insight as to what’s coming up in their third season. She says that in season 3,everyone is going to try and figure out who “Gossip Girl” is because she or he causes a bunch of drama. So everyone is going to try and get together to see who that is.

“A couple of people might try to get back together after not working with other people”,and that there’s going to be a lot of drama. Then they will all come back,and go to college. A couple of them will be going to different colleges,and one person’s not going at all. She says that her character is going to “NYU”,and some others are going to “Brown”. Kristin Dos Santos from E! Online recently did a video interview with most of the cast members of CW’s hit show “Gossip Girl”. She got to interview Blake Lively,Leighton Meester,Jessica Szohr, Taylor Momsen,Penn Badgley,and Chase Crawford.

In The first segment Blake says she doesn’t know anything about the upcoming third season. However, Leighton seems to know a little something and shares a few tidbits of information. She says that a character from this season is coming to terrorize Blair Waldorf,and Serena is going to be trying to find her father. Blake shares what she’s been doing during her break.

Then she talks with Jessica Szohr who plays Vanessa Abrams on the show,and wow she looks awesome. She’s a stunningly beautiful girl. She shares a little bit of what’s coming up in the third season. Read the rest of this entry »

EW.com recently did a Q & A on Gossip girl,and they were able to provide us with a few little spoiler scoops on Gossip Girl’s third upcoming season.
They reveal that Blair is going to catch Chuck connecting with a model in the September 14th opener,but that it won’t be all that it appears to be.

Then they were able to give little information on Serena played by Blake Lively. They said she’ll be motherless for the first couple of episodes due to Kelly Rutherford (Lily van der Woodsen) being on maternity leave.

That’s all we were able to digg up for now,but we’ll post more “Gossip Girl” spoilers as they become available.

The Cw has announced that “One Tree Hill” will be switching time slots with “Gossip Girl” in their new fall 2009 lineup. So “One Tree Hill” will air at 7pm central time,and “Gossip Girl” will move to the 8pm central time slot on Mondays,this fall. This is reportedly going to be good news for “Gossip Girl” because they won’t have to compete with NBC’s Heroes and Fox’s “House”. They will only have to compete against Fox’s “lie To Me” and the CBS new show “Trauma”.

Also the CW will be starting the new seasons pretty early on September 8th to get a jump on the competition. Tuesdays will see the second season of “90210″ and the revamp of “Melrose Place”. The only show that will not have a premier that week is “Smallville” Read the rest of this entry »

In a special Q & A session by E! online,we were able to find out some spoiler info on the upcoming ‘Gossip Girl’s” third season. It looks like Dan and Serena will not be hooking up again ,but instead they will have more of a brother sister relationship instead of a romantic one.It is kind of early,though. So that could still change.

Also we found out some interesting info on Michelle Trachtenberg’s character Georgina which I absolutely love. I thought her two episode appearance this past season was totally not enough. She exited just when it was starting to get good. Anyways, even though Michelle has signed on to be a regular on NBC’s new medical drama, “Mercy”. We hear that she might be making a few more appearances on “Gossip Girl” to stir up some trouble for Blair (Leighton Meester). Read the rest of this entry »

MTV news caught up to Penn Badgley who plays Dan Humphrey on the CW’s hit show “Gossip Girl”. They first asked him what he thought about his co-stars Taylor Momsen (Jenny Humphrey on the show), and Leighton Meester (Blaire Waldorf on the show) pursuing musical careers outside the show.

He said that he thought it was amazing,what they’re doing. Then he was asked about how he thought Chase Crawford would do in “Footloose. He responded saying, I think he ‘s gonna be footloose. Footloose and fancy free,and that he’ll be great. Read the rest of this entry »

Gossip Girl’s new spinoff show now entitled, “Valley Girls” will give us a brief look at what to expect from it on Monday May 11,2009 in episode 24 of season 2 “Gossip Girl : Valley Girls”. In this episode,Lily will have flashbacks of her younger self played by Brittany Snow. It will show her wild younger years,and when she was pursuing a young rocker named, Rufus Humphrey.

The show was originally named “Lily” as it takes us back to the teenage years of character, Lily van der Woodsen who’s maiden name will be Rhodes in the spinoff. Read the rest of this entry »

Leighton Meester, the girl who plays Blaire Waldorf on the CW’s hit tv show, “Gossip Girl” is apparently a professional singer, and has signed a record deal with Universal Republic through Time-Act Music for her first debut album set to release during the fall of 2009. My sources tell me that the music she’s recording has an “electro pop edge sound to it. She began recording in March of 2009 with top producers and artists like : Polow Da Don (Usher, Fergie), Harvey Mason, Jr. (Justin Timberlake, Pink) and Spencer Nezey (Jupiter Rising).

That’s wild to me. I never would have guest it. I’m pretty curious to see what here music sounds like. The artists and producers that she is working with are mint. I gotta hear her stuff when it comes out. Read the rest of this entry »

Former “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, and current”17 Again”movie star ,Michelle Trachtenberg finally makes her long awaited return to the “Gossip Girl” set in its 22nd episode of the 2nd season entitled, “Southern Gentlemen Prefer Blondes” as the evil Georgina,but she’s not going to be quite the same. It appears as though she’s been rehabilitated,almost brainwashed.

I’m not privy to all the details of how her character will interact with the rest of the cast. It does however, look to be pretty interesting from watching the promo clip,below. There’s a part in the clip where she runs up and hugs Chuck Bass,and asks him if he’s been saved too. Read the rest of this entry »

While I think “Gossip Girl” itself is a hit, I’m not diggin to much on the concept of this spin off they’re planning. Ew.com is stating that they’re planning to spin it off in May 2009,and the preface will be on a young Lily van der Woodsen’s teen years in 1980 Los Angeles, but the last time I checked,she was just a supporting character that’s playing backup to the interesting ones on “Gossip Girl”.

The only thing that sounded good to me about the spin off is that Brittany Snow would be playing the lead role which if the show did work,it would be because of her. I loved her in “Prom Night” by the way. It was excellent. Apparently they will also be bringing in character’s from their previous Fox hit , The O.C. The focus being that she crossed paths with Kirsten Nichol and Jimmy Cooper. Read the rest of this entry »
