NBC finally canceled “Heroes” TV show. According to “Entertainment Weekly,” NBC finally got on the bandwagon, and did what I could see coming for years. That’s right. They’ve canceled their used-to-be mega hit sci-fi show “Heroes.” Entertainment Weekly says that “Heroes” will definitely not be back for a fifth season. It only averaged 6.5 million viewers this past season.

Their last show aired on February 8,and it only brought in 4.4 million viewers. The show was never able to get back its huge ratings from its first season when it averaged a huge 14.5 million viewers. There has been talk that NBC may let the producers air a movie,which would allow them to close out the story,but there’s no definite plans for that to happen. NBC ‘Heroes’ Adrian Pasdar gets hit with a DUI charge. According to TMZ , Adrian Pasdar who played Senator Nathan Petrelli on NBC’s “Heroes” has been officially hit with a DUI charge,following his arrest last month. They say he was initially pulled over on January 27 after he got clocked by cops,going 90 MPH on the 405 Freeway.

The cops had him do a field sobriety test,and eventually arrested him. His bond was set at $15,000. Now, Adrian is due back in court on February 24,and he will face up to six months in jail,along with a $1,000 fine. Adrian Pasdar is 44 years old and married to one of the “Dixie Chicks” singers named Natalie Maines. In other Adrian Pasdar news, he recently left the “Heroes” show. Read the rest of this entry »

NBC Heroes’ Adrian Pasdar gets arrested for DUI. According to TMZ, Adrian Pasdar who played Nathan Petrelli on NBC Heroes has been arrested for a DUI. They say he was busted earlier this morning after he started burning rubber and swerving all over a Los Angeles freeway. Adrian Pasdar was arrested after the cops clocked him going more than 90 mph on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles,California. Adrian was also failing to stay in his lane.

The police report says that when the cops approached his car, they smelled alcohol and decided to give him a field sobriety test. The eventually arrested him for suspicion of DUI. Read the rest of this entry »

NBC Heroes has released a new promo pic of Claire Bennet (Hayden Panettiere) experimenting by kissing her roommate, Gretchen (Madeline Zima) in their upcoming 5th episode entitled, “Hysterical Blindness.”

From the looks of the pic, (above) they both look to be rather enjoying it,and I’m guessing a huge portion of their male and some of their female audience will also.

NBC “Heroes” episode 4 of season 4 is set to air this Monday. The episode is entitled, “Acceptance.” We’ve a got a couple of spoilers for the episode,and a promo clip after the jump.

In “Acceptance,” Hiro will distract himself by saving other people’s lives,while his own life continues to hang in the balance. Angela Petrelli will try and help the new Nathan remember his past,at the risk of remembering too much.Nathan will start seeing memories and images that are not his.

Next week, NBC Hereos 3rd episode of season 4 airs. It will be entitled “Ink.” We’ve got a few spoilers and a promo after the jump. In Heroes “Ink” episode, Peter Petrelli will face unexpected consequences for his heroic acts and will encounter a reluctant new hero (guest star Deanne Bray).

While Claire is trying to adjust to the new college scene,her and her new friend, Gretchen have a falling out over her knowing about her secret abilities. From the looks of the promo,it appears as though Gretchen has told someone about Claire’s secret abilities.

According to NBC, Jayma Mays ,who played Charlie Andrews in “Heroes” first season is set to reprise her role in the upcoming 4th season of the show this fall.

Jayma’s character was the object of Hiro’s affection when she appeared on the show for three episodes as a sweet-natured waitress. Jayma is also starring in FOX’s “Glee” TV show,but since they’re done shooting their 13 episodes,she’ll have time to devote to “Heroes.”

The last time we saw Charlie in Heroes, Hiro tried to travel back in time to prevent her death at the hands of Sylar,but it didn’t work at that time. But now, according to NBC, she’ll be making a return Read the rest of this entry »

According to Hollywood Reporter, Ernie Hudson who formerly played in “Oz”, will be joining the cast of NBC’s sci-fi drama “Heroes.” His role will be a recurring one. He will play a character named Captain Lubbock who is a Baltimore detective.

Even though the show’s producers are keeping the story’s details a secret,they did find out that Captain Lubbock is on the hunt for one of the characters on the show.

Hudson is no stranger to his new “Heroes” character as his acting resume includes playing a detective on ABC’s hit show “Desperate Housewives.” He also played a senior deputy on ABC’s dramedy “10-8: Officers on Duty.” Read the rest of this entry »

NBC released it’s new 3:20 promo trailer (below) for it’s upcoming 4th season,and I’ve gotta say, that it looks totally freakin awesome. This just may be the season that draws a lot of uninterested visitors back to the show,and help get it’s declining ratings back up.

The clip starts off introducing new villain Samuel (Robert Knepper) who already makes the show look more interesting with his unique look and personality.It also showed some new Claire Bennet (Hayden Panettiere) issues. Read the rest of this entry »

Rick Worthy who played the humanoid Cylon Simon on Battlestar Galactica is currently in negotiations to join the cast of NBC’s hit show “Heroes”as a recurring character.

He will be playing Matt Parkman’s new partner who is an experienced and capable Los Angeles cop that Matt leans on,and comes to for advice. Rick Worthy has also been in a couple of other popular sci fi tv shows which include : “Enterprise,” “Star Trek: Voyager,” “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine,” “Stargate SG-1,” “Dark Angel” and “Odyssey 5″. He will be joining other newcomers to the show, Robert Knepper and Madelina Zima.

NBC Heroes will be entering it’s fourth season later this year.
