Security tape reveals Jon Gosselin’s apartment robbery was real. According to radaronline, the security tape from Jon Gosselin’s apartment proves that his robbery was real and not staged. They say it shows that Jon was in his apartment for only 60 seconds before leaving to report the robbery to building management. His lawyer said this proves he did not stage it.

The New York police also want to meet with Jon on January 3. Jon’s lawyer, Mark Heller said, “He is going to be clocked by that surveillance camera going into his building,he comes down to talk to management. It’s all on tape. He couldn’t have done all that damage in 60 seconds. His place was trashed, his belongings ripped to shreds.” This was his response to allegations that the robbery may have been a publicity stunt. Jon Gosselin’s lawyer says Hailey will go to jail for apartment robbery. Radaronline reports that Jon Gosselin’s lawyer, Mark Heller said that his ex girlfriend, Hailey Glassman is going to jail for the apartment robbery. He stated, “Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s a simple as that.”

Mark Heller gave radaronline an exclusive interview while the New York police continue to investigate the damage to Jon’s apartment. They say that Police have seized the building’s security tape and Mark Heller said that Hailey Glassman was the only person besides Jon that had a key to his apartment.

Hailey’s lawyer says Jon Gosselin’s apartment robbery was a publicity stunt. According to the New York Post, Hailey Glassman’s Lawyer, Anand Ahuja said that she thinks Jon Gosselin’s apartment robbery incident is nothing more than a “huge,huge publicity stunt.”

Now, the cops are starting to wonder if the story is true. The Police noted that reporters began arriving at the precinct house before they even had a chance to interview Jon Gosselin about the destruction that had occurred.

One of their sources said, “How did they know so quickly? No cop could have tipped them — it was too quick. Police question John Gosselin’s Ex, Hailey about his apartment robbery. According to TMZ, the NYPD have questioned Jon Gosselin’s ex girlfriend, Hailey Glassman about the vandalization and robbery of Jon’s Manhattan apartment,but no charges have been filed yet.

They say Hailey Glassman was accompanied by her attorney when she was questioned last night. There was a note that was left behind on Jon’s bedroom dresser with a butcher knife through it. It had Hailey Glassman’s name signed at the bottom of it. The note apparently calls Jon a “cheater,” but contained no reference to the destruction of Jon’s apartment.

Jon & Kate Gosselin spoke their minds on ‘Jon and Kate Plus 8′ finale show. TLC’s “Jon and Kate Plus 8″ show finally rapped up last night. It had been on for nearly three years. Jon and Kate Gosselin have recently had a highly public and ugly split. They gave their comments about it on the one hour show last night. They talked about their past,present,and future as a family.

Kate said the ending of the show was bittersweet and totally avoidable. She also talked about the kids not knowing about Jon’s girlfriends. She stated, “The kids don’t know about the girlfriends at all. That’s just too warped for them, too unhealthy for them to know. Read the rest of this entry »

The TLC network is set to sue Jon Gosselin over a breach of contract that he had with them,according to Popeater.com. They report that TLC is filing a lawsuit against him for breaching his contract for “Jon & Kate Plus 8.”

They filed the lawsuit today in Maryland,claiming that Jon was contracted to be an “exclusive” employee of TLC. However, he broke the contract by getting paid to appear on various other shows,and talking about the “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ TV show without proper permission.

Jon has been seen on numerous shows here lately. He’s recently appeared in a multi-night stint on “Entertainment Tonight.” I also saw him on “The Insider” TV show one night. He’s all over the place. Get him ,TLC.

Today, a judge ruled that Jon Gosselin of the “Jon & Kate plus 8″ reality TV show, will have to return $180,000 of the money that he recently removed from him and Kate Gosselin’s joint bank account,according to popeater.com.

They report that TMZ said Jon was ordered to return the funds because they were in violation of the arbitrator’s order.

According to reports, Jon recently took $230,000 out of the joint account,leaving Kate with only $1,000,and unable to pay her bills. Kate reportedly made a statement following the ruling today, saying, “As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the Court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children. Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues.” Read the rest of this entry »

According to Access Hollywood, Jon Gosselin has emptied out him and Kate’s mutual bank account of $200,000,leaving her with only a mere $1,000. They say that Kate appeared on NBC’s “Today” show this morning, to talk about it. She revealed to them that she now, can’t sleep at night because she can’t pay the bills.

She stated, “I need that money to provide for them. We were in the position after our sextuplets were born that we could not pay our bills. We did the show to provide a better life for them. Never did I think I’d be back in the same position… I can’t sleep at night. I can’t pay my bills.”

According to “The Insider,” Jon Gosselin is trying to stop TLC from producing anymore TV shows involving his children by ordering a “cease and desist” notice which tells the network to leave his property.

They say Jon’s attorney, Jay Heller stated, “Jon realized his family was like a trainwreck, so he decided to put the brakes on the divorce and on the show … because if he didn’t the family would be in a mortal accident … the victims of a trainwreck.”

He also said that the original agreement between TLC and the Gosselin family “may very well be ‘null and void’ and unenforceable.” He says that TLC never secured the special permits required by Pennsylvania Child Labor Laws as a “prerequisite” for the Gosselin children to be involved in the “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ television show.
