Joss Whedon Reportedly Turned Down New ‘Buffy’ Movie
According to my sources, Joss Whedon actually turned down producing the new “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” movie that was reported a while back, to be making a return to the big screen. We reported on it saying that the people who have the original rights to the “Buffy” script said they might get in touch with Joss to work on it.

According to Cinemablend ,it looks like they did indeed do that shortly after the news broke. He admitted to reporters that the producers of the new film did get in touch with his agent, and here’s what he had to say, “I believe the producers did ultimately reach out to my agent after the news broke. I think that’s something better left untouched by me. So, I wish them luck.”

In reports from my sources and on the show’s website, Fox has renewed Joss Whedon’s new drama entitled, “Dollhouse” which made it’s debut on the network back in February of 2009 as a midseason addition. Fox aired 12 episodes, but failed to air the mystical 13th episode . This fact along with low tv ratings lead the media to believe that the show would definitely be canceled. But, the network in a surprise move, took into consideration the shows high DVR,online streaming, and DVD sales numbers to make their decision on renewing the show.

Joss Whedon’s “Dollhouse” aired it’s latest episode entitled “Needs” last night, and it was no let down . In fact it took me for quite a spin. The Dollhouse decided to test four of the actives : Echo,Victor / Lubov, Sierra,Melle, and one other one,but he’s wasn’t important. I think he was just filler since his test ended at the beginning of the episode, and there’s no cast info for him .So Echo and the others to complete their test. The “Dollhouse” reinstalled their same, original personality that they had when they first entered the Dollhouse except they didn’t give them the memories as to why they were there, and how they volunteered to be there in the first place.

Review : A weird airborn drug in the lab of a college campus is all of a sudden making the students lose their minds, and go crazy. Sometimes resulting in death. Echo is suddenly drawn away from her assignment to the college because of a sudden flashback she had there when she was Caroline. As the Dollhouse tries to find an antidote for the drug, they program Lubov and Sierra to go in and contain the situation.
The drug apparently doesn’t have the same effect on actives as it does on everyone else. The actives don’t get effected as quickly but eventually it causes them to have flashbacks. When Echo makes her way over to the college

Review : In this episode, they find out that Sierra has been raped By one of the men on the staff. Meanwhile, agent Paul Ballard finally comes face to face with echo when he raids a rich guy’s home who has hired echo to be his pretend wife. The security guards come and create a distraction allowing echo to escape with Boyd Langton. Boyd also finds out who’s been raping Sierra when the guy tries it again.Adelle sends the guy who raped Sierra out on an assignment to kill Mellie who is very close to Paul Ballard. However, this is really a mission to execute that guy because the Dollhouse somehow programmed a trigger in Mellie’s brain which makes her a lethal fighter.

Review : In “True Believer” the Dollhouse is hired to program Echo to be a believer in a heavily armed “Children of the Temple” cult that are residing in a compound, and led by a man named, Jonas Sparrow. The Dollhouse performs a surgery on Echo to implant cameras into her head so the ATF (Alcohol,Tobacco,& Firearms) agents can monitor what’s going on while she is inside.
She’s temporarily blinded by the surgery, so she’s sent in to be a blind woman wanting to join the cult. Eventually when ATF agents want to raid the compound with smoke, and eventually fire, Echo regains her sight, and fights back against the cult leader who wants them to stay inside and die. She is successful and gets everyone out before it’s to late.

Review : Echo is hired and programmed to be an expert safe cracker named “Taffy” .They break into an art museum to steal an important piece of art worth millions. Everything is going well until someone on her four man team decides he wants it for himself, and takes off locking them in the museum with only 30 minutes left until the system alarms go off sending the police in.
Taffy / Echo is sure she can get them out.First, She makes a phone call to Boyd on her cell phone to instruct him to intercept the guy who stole the art,and get it back. All of a sudden however, Echo is remotely wiped of Taffy’s persona , and left helpless.

Review : A singing star’s(Reyna) life is being threatened by a stalker so her manager employs the “Dollhouse” to send Echo on another mission to protect her. They program her to be a backup singer for Reyna, but also secretly protect her from the stalker at the same time. As Echo gets further along in her mission she learns that Reyna has some mental issues, and is really the one behind all of the stalker incidents. Reyna actually wants the stalker to kill her so not only does Echo have to stop the actual stalker, but she must also stop Reyna from killing herself.
Echo starts to think outside of the box, and comes up with a genius plan that involved bringing Reyna face to face with not only her stalker, but Death itself.

Review : This episode takes a glimpse back at when Boyd Langton first came aboard as Echo’s protector, and how that all formulated. Meanwhile it comes back to present day to where Echo is programmed, and sent on an assignment to take a trip with some crazy guy who takes her on a hiking trip in the woods, shows her a good time at first, sleeps with her, and then right after that, he tells her she has a five minute head start before he tries to hunt her down and kill her with his bow and arrows.
Agent Paul Ballard continues his detective work on the infamous Dollhouse while being teased by his pears about it. After being hunted for hours,Echo eventually takes down the sadistic killer with a bit of his own medicine.

Review : Joss Whedon, the creator of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” is back with “Doll House” starring : Eliza Dushku as Echo. An active who can be programmed with any personality in order to complete certain tasks for clients. In this pilot episode,Echo (Eliza Dushku) agrees to become an active in order to get immunity for some trouble she got into which they do not reveal. From there she is programmed to be a wild and free girl in order for them to give her a good weekend.
Once it’s over , they program her to become a ruthless, cunning kidnap negotiator for a rich businessman
