Kara DioGuardi got fired from American Idol. According to TMZ, singer/songwriter, “American Idol” judge Kara DioGuardi has been fired from the show for it’s upcoming 10th season. They say that sources connected with the “American Idol” negotiations,say that Kara has judged her last contestant because she has indeed been fired.

The show will be going back to the three-judge format,and if all current deals are finalized, the new judge’s panel will consist of Randy Jackson,Jennifer Lopez,and Steven Tyler. The only way that Kara could get back on the show,is if Jennifer Lopez’ deal doesn’t work out. However, they have been told that deal is completed. Read the rest of this entry »

American Idol judge and singer/songwriter, Kara DioGuardi recently revealed her very hot and smokin bikini body in a Maxim photo shoot. According to Zap2it, she gave an interview to Maxim magazine and posed for a sexy pictorial to go along with it (video below). In the interview,she talked mostly about judging “American Idol,” and what type of artists she looks for. When asked if she would miss Simon when he leaves,she said, “I have no idea. ‘American Idol’ contestant pissed Kara DioGuardi off in Boston audition. Fox’s hit show, “American Idol” made its season 9 debut two nights ago with the Boston auditions,and one of the contestants by the name of Andrew Fenlon really pissed off judge, Kara DioGuardi with his arrogant attitude to the point where she said he needed a spanking.

Andrew hobbled in all hunched over,and when Simon tried to ask him why he was there. He replied saying, I’m here auditioning for American Idol. It should be fairly obvious at this point.I just don’t like waiting around.” Then Simon asked, what brought him there to audition. Andrew replied with, What brought me here to audition? American Idol’s Kara DioGuardi defends Adam Lambert’s 2009 AMA performance. According to Access Hollywood, American Idol judge, Kara DioGuardi fully supports Adam Lambert’s recent controversial 2009 American Music Awards performance. She said that he always delivers the unexpected,and that’s what we like about him. She stated, “We always know he’s going to shock us, right?” He’s going to wow us and give us the unexpected, and that’s his thing. That’s what we look for.”

They say that she also blames the bad economic conditions of the country for ABC deciding to boot him from the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” show. She said, “We’re living in a pretty bad economic time, so they have to do what they have to do to keep their advertisers. Kara DioGuardi who joined the “American Idol” judges last season has reportedly struck her deal to return to American Idol’s ninth season. Access Hollywood said a source told them, “Her deal is done. There are no ifs, ands or buts.”

This news comes on the heels of Ryan Seacrest, the show’s host having struck a deal for $45 million over a three year period, making him the highest paid reality host on TV.

Also it’s being reported after some unsettling news coming from Paula Abdul’s camp, that she is back in negotiations with “American Idol” to come back,but she says she won’t return unless her deal is fair. “In Touch Weekly” reports that American Idol’s latest judge Kara DioGuardi has married her fiancee Mike McCuddy in Prospect Harbor,Maine. The ceremony took place in the United Methodist Church in front of a little over 30 guests.

Apparently Kara has a home in Prospect Harbor and it is where she met her husband. He was a contractor who was working on a home next to hers. McCuddy also has a young daughter so that will make Kara a new stepmom.The two started their honeymoon today.

Kara DioGuardi became the fourth “American Idol” for their 8th Season,and after much speculation as to if she would return for the 9th season, she did end up signing another contract to be on the 9th season show. “American Idol” season 9 auditions are currently underway in select cities.
