Movie star Lindsay Lohan is teaming up with her fashion line partner Kristi Kaylor to create what they hope are some successful TV shows and movies by starting a new production company. They both currently run Lindsay’s fashion line “6126″ brand. Their new production company is named “Unforgettable Prods.”
They are reported to currently be developing several projects. One of them is a TV show called “Faux Real”. They say it’s supposed to be like “Entourage” for the fashion world. They’re also working on a dating show which is supposed to be called “That’s What Friends Are For”,and a “docu-cause” TV show in conjunction with a charitable organization.
The seemingly distraught at times actress Lindsay Lohan reportedly turned down a role for “The Hangover” movie which has turned out to be one of the hottest comedy movies of the summer,and was very apparent to anyone else that it would be even before it was released.
Access Hollywood reports that she passed on the role of the stripper Jade that ended up being played by Heather Graham. She said that she felt that the screenplay had no potential.
Now, correct me if I’m wrong,but since when did Lindsay Lohan become an expert on the potential success of screenplays ? Isn’t she just an actress ? Don’t other people handle the success of the movie ? That’s so weird.
The recent drama queen headliner, Lindsay Lohan is back to mainstream, movie acting in “The Other Side” movie.It’s an adventure,comedy,fantasy film which will also star : Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette. The plot will be about a grad student who has to spend a summer at a scientific institute on a remote island, and meets some eccentric or strange people who are hiding a dark secret about a tragedy that took place on the island many years ago.
The movie is set to start shooting in October of 2009 on the Massachusetts coastline. This will be the first time that Lindsay Lohan has been in a feature role since 2007 when she starred in ” I Know Who Killed Me”,and then she started a downhill path with all her personal drama. According to Variety, she is really committed to getting her career back on track.
