According to celebrity-gossip.net, Billy Ray Cyrus who is popstar Miley Cyrus’ dad recently revealed to the press that he’s sad over the recent bong smoking video that came out two days ago,showing Miley puffing and giggling. Billy stated on his “Twitter” account, “I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. I’m so sad. There is so much beyond my control right now.”

The video was shot during a party at Miley’s Los Angeles area home 5 days after her 18th birthday. The smoke filling the bong is a natural herb called salvia which has psychedelic qualities. The purse contained her iphone and camera. So, now this new picture has made its rounds around the internet. Everyone’s claiming it’s a leaked photo of her even though there’s no face to go with it.
