Pirates Of The Caribbean 4 movie delivered lots of action,adventure & more. Walt Disney Pictures released their new action,adventure flick “Pirates Of The Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides” into theaters today and it didn’t disappoint.

It delivered a ton of action,adventure,comedy,and a little sci-fi action with Black Beard’s black arts,and,of course, the magical Fountain of Youth. The movie stars: Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz, Ian McShane, Kevin R. McNally, Astrid Berges-Frisbey, Sam Claflin,and Geoffrey Rush.

In the flick, the crazy Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) is now on a mission to get a boat so he can get to the mystical “Fountain of Youth.” However,others know he possesses the map so he gets captured a few times,but it is Jack’s old girlfriend Angelica (Penelope Cruz) who ends up capturing,and forcing him onto Blackbeard’s boat so he can lead them to the magical fountain. New ‘Priest’ movie delivered great action,drama & special effects. Screen Gems (Sony) released their new action/thriller flick “Priest” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and I thought it was very good. It delivered a lot of intense fighting and action scenes,along with some pretty cool special effects. The movie stars: Paul Bettany, Karl Urban, Cam Gigandet, Maggie Q, Lily Collins, Steven Moyer, Brad Dourif,and Christopher Plummer.

In the flick, a race of vampires who were thought to be long extinct after the priests destroyed them, show back up on the scene to kill off a small family in the wastelands. New ‘Thor’ movie delivered great action,special effects & more. Paramount released their new super-hero,action flick “Thor” into theaters today. I just watched it,and thought it was great. It delivered non-stop action and a plethora of special effects.

The movie stars: Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Rene Russo, Stellan Skarsgard, Jaimie Alexander, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Josh Dallas, Tadanobu Asano, Idris Elba, Clark Gregg, Colm Feore,and Samuel L. Jackson.

The flick revolved around character Thor (Chris Hemsworth) who is the mighty god of thunder. It started off showing a little backstory about Thor’s history,and how he was very stubborn and arrogant. His reckless attitude eventually reignites an old war with another realm. However, there’s a little twist buried within the whole mess,involving Thor’s brother Loki,which surfaces later on. ‘Fast Five’ movie showed lots of fast car action,violence & more. Universal Pictures released their new action flick “Fast Five” into theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and I was definitely not disappointed.

This movie brought some serious,non-stop, action throughout its entire duration. It stars: Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Jordana Brewster, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Gal Gadot, Matt Schulze, Tego Calderon, Don Omar, Elsa Pataky, Joaquim de Almeida, and Dwayne Johnson.

The film kicked off with characters Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker) and Mia Toretto (Jordana Brewster) busting Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) out of a moving prison bus,and it was a wild scene from the “get go.” After that, you just knew it was going to get even better,and indeed, it did. Scream 4 Movie Delivered Laughs,Horror & a Shocking Twist. Dimension Films released their new horror flick “Scream 4″ into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and thought it was great. It featured good comedy,just enough gore,and an absolutely amazing twist that I just ,quite frankly, never saw coming.

The movie stars: Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Marielle Jaffe, Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella, Erik Knudsen, Marley Shelton, Anthony Anderson, Adam Brody, Alison Brie, Mary McDonnell, Anna Paquin, Kristen Bell, and Brittany Roberts.

The movie revolved around,of course, Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell). She returned to her hometown of Woodsboro to do a book signing as she’s now a famous author. She catches up with old friends Gale Weathers-Riley (Courtney Cox) and Dewey Riley (David Arquette) as well as her cousin Jill (Emma Roberts) who she lives with. ‘Your Highness’ movie delivered great laughs,special effects, & more. Universal Pictures released their new action/comedy/adventure flick “Your Highness” into theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and thought it was way better than I imagined it was going to be.

I just thought it would be really silly and corny,but it had some really serious stuff going on in it,and the comedy was on-point with the story. It stars: Danny McBride, James Franco, Natalie Portman, Zooey Deschanel, Justin Theroux, Toby Jones,and Damian Lewis.

The flick mostly revolved around two brothers Thadeous (Danny McBride) and Fabious (James Franco). Fabious is the warrior,hero type,while Thadeous is the lazy,non-motivated type. However,all that changes after Fabious’ bride Belladonna (Zooey Deschanel) gets captured by an evil wizard named Leezar (Justin Theroux) who wants Belladonna for himself so he can make love to her with the two moons align,and create a huge dragon baby. New ‘Insidious’ movie delivered wild scenes,storyline & twists. FilmDistrict released a new horror/sci-fi movie called “Insidious” into theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and I thought it was great. It delivered a ton of crazy special effects scenes,along with a very deep story and twists. The movie stars: Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Lin Shaye, Ty Simpkins,and Barbara Hershey.

Insidious revolved around a young boy named Dalton and his distraught family. Everything seems pretty normal at first. The family has moved into a new house,and are getting along great. Then things start happening. Slightly odd things that go unnoticed at first. Read the rest of this entry »

Diary Of A Wimpy Kid 2 movie delivered tons of laughs & more. 20th Century Fox released their new comedy flick “Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2: Rodrick Rules” into theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and thought it was very entertaining,delivering tons of laughs that were just so embarrassing for little Greg, that I felt embarrassed for him at times. The movie stars: Zachary Gordon, Robert Capron, Rachael Harris, Devon Bostick,and Steve Zahn.

“Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2″ was all about character Greg (Zachary Gordon) and his crazy older brother Rodrick (Devon Bostick). From the very start of the movie, Rodrick was up to all of his Greg embarrassing,nasty tricks .

Greg’s in the 7th grade now,and the movie kicks off in a skating rink where he sees a cute little girl named Holly Hills (Peyton List) he wants to impress. However, things don’t go well as Rodrick makes sure he falls flat on his butt,and eventually into a cake. Read the rest of this entry »

New ‘Sucker Punch’ movie delivered cool action,but very weird plot. Warner Bros. Pictures released their new action/fantasy/drama flick “Sucker Punch” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and thought it was really good. It delivered some really awesome action scenes.

However, their plot wasn’t for the simple-minded as it featured multiple levels of weirdness,especially towards the end. I will say one thing,though,it was very unique. It stars: Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Carla Gugino, Jon Hamm, Oscar Isaac,and Scott Glenn.

“Sucker Punch” revolved around character Baby Doll (Emily Browning) who’s been locked away in an asylum of some sort,but this movie doesn’t show much asylum footage because it quickly takes us into the imaginary world of Baby Doll’s mind,which featured not one,but two different imaginary tales. New Limitless movie delivered interesting plot,lots of drama & more. Relativity Media released their new action/thriller movie “Limitless” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and thought it was excellent. However, the ending was a bit confusing. The movie stars: Bradley Cooper, Robert De Niro, Abbie Cornish, Anna Friel,and Tomas Arana.

“Limitless” revolved around character Eddie Morra (Bradley Cooper) who was a down and out writer with a book contract,but couldn’t think of a word to write. He eventually ends up running into his ex-brother-in-law Vernon who gives him what he claims is a new,safe,revolutionary drug that would help him with his writing.

Eddie reluctantly takes the pill. Then about 30 seconds later, his mind opens up,and he is immediately impressed with the results. He’s able to think of small,detailed things that he’d long since forgotten that help him in his present situations. He was able to finish his book in about four hours. However, he wakes up the next day to find that the effects have worn off. Read the rest of this entry »
