Levin Nicholas is now being forced to have a real-estate liquidation sale,in which he will sell properties that he owns across the world,including one in Rhode Island.

It's also reported that the beautiful Cameron Diaz is in talks as well, to play a reporter and love interest in the film. They would be joining Seth Rogen who's set to play Green Hornet. They say that the movie is moving forward,and that they want to start filming it in the Fall of 2009. They are also looking to replace Stephen Chow who was going to play the sidekick Kato.
