Mariah Carey Asks Why Are You So ‘Obsessed’ With Her ?
In her new music video for her song “Obsessed”. Obsessed is the first single off her new album entitled “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel” which is her whopping 12th studio album. “Obsessed” was produced and co-written by Mariah Carey, The-Dream and Christopher “Tricky” Stewart.

Mariah Carey’s ‘Obsessed’ To Premiere On July 15th
According to reports superstar R&B singer Mariah Carey is going to premiere her new “Obsessed” music video on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” reality talent show that her husband Nick Cannon currently hosts. She posted it on her “Twitter” saying, “Just wanna let you know that the world premiere of the ‘Obsessed’ video is on ‘America’s Got Talent’.”
The music video was directed by Brett Ratner,and shot on June 28 and 29,2009. Mariah plays the role of a stalked celebrity and a stalker in the video. There are two versions of the video .

‘Obsessed’ (2009) Movie Review
In Obsessed Derek (Idris Elba) is a successful asset manager, married to Sharon (Beyonce Knowles),and has a little boy with her. One day he meets a new temp at work named Lisa (Ali Carter) on an elevator, and this is the beginning of of a downhill spiral for Derek as he’s just met a crazy lady. The downhill spiral is slow mind you,but definitely sure. She right off the bat, starts to play the game with the laughing,flirting,and asking around the office about Derek. Even though she knows he’s married it doesn’t stop her from taking it up a notch.
In one scene, she acts like she’s unhappy over a break up with an imaginary boyfriend to play on the sympathies of Derek. Then at the annual company Christmas party, is when she really uncomfortably unleashes her unhealthy attraction for him by pinning him up against a stall in the men’s restroom. ‘Obsessed’ Tops the Box Office with 28.5 Million
R&B superstar, Beyonce Knowles and NBC Heroes Co-star Ali Larter drove their new catfight thriller movie,”Obsessed” to $28.5 million in box office ticket sales this weekend knocking last week’s winner “17 Again” down to the number 2 spot with $11.7 million in ticket sales. Obsessed easily made an $8.5 million dollar profit by exceeding its $20 million dollar budget this weekend.
Screen Gems who produced the film is the low-budget, but very profitable division of Sony Corp’s Columbia Pictures. They say that Obsessed is the second best ranking picture for their label right behind, “The Exorcism of Emily Rose” which debuted in 2005. Read the rest of this entry »
New ‘Obsessed’ Movie Clip Released
Screen Gems pictures has released another clip for their new movie opening this weekend called, “Obsessed” starring most notably, superstar r&b singer, Beyonce Knowles, and NBC Heroes co-star, Ali Larter. In the clip below entitled, “I’ll Call You Back”, things really get down and dirty as the obsessed,mental case Lisa character played by Ali Larter is found by Sharon, Beyonce’s character in their bedroom claiming that Sharon’s husband didn’t want her to find out this way.
