“Paul Blart: Mall Cop” is about a wanna be State Trooper Mall Cop, Paul Blart (Kevin James) who strolls around the mall all day looking for unsuspecting shoppers. Needless to say, this rarely ever happens which gives him time to fumble around, bump into display cars,and get dragged down the mall by an old man on a motorized moving chair. One day he meets Amy (Jayma Mays), a girl who works in the mall. He’s instantly attracted to her,but he gets c-blocked by resident jerk, Stuart (Stephen Rannazzisi),and as usual eventually fouls things up with Amy , temporarily. Read the rest of this entry »

Here is the movie trailer for another hilarious comedy coming out next month entitled, “Paul Blart: Mall Cop” starring : Kevin James, Jayma Mays, Shirley Knight, Raini Rodriguez, Stephen Rannazzisi, Adam Ferrara. I’m definitely going to see this. Kevin James is hilarious in that television show, “King of Queens” and in no doubt looks to be even funnier in this film. From the looks of this trailer,I would say this role fits him perfectly.

The Plot : Kevin James plays, Paul Blart a suburban dad that takes up being a security officer at a New Jersey mall to make ends meet. It turns out that he’s not very good at it though he thinks he is. He makes one hilarious screw up after another and no one really takes him seriously so he’s pretty much able to get away with it until one day something really dangerous goes down. Criminals posing as Santa’s helpers shut down the megaplex and take hostages which include his family. He is then forced to become a real cop and at least do his job halfway correctly in order to help save the day.
