Peter Facinelli aka Dr. Carlisle Cullen in “New Moon” and “Twilight” movies revealed in an interview to sundaypaper.com that he caught his “Twitter” impersonator when they asked him if he had ever run into a fake Peter Facinelli on the famous site. He stated, “There’s a Peter Faceinelli that just came onboard. He has 14 followers. The guy can’t even spell my name right, so he is obviously not me, but for some reason those 14 people think he is.”

Peter Facinelli who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in “Twilight” and “New Moon”, recently collected on his “Twitter” follower, bet win over Rob Defranco. Rob had to dance down Hollywood Boulevard to the song, “Single Ladies”.

In the video (below), Peter comes out with Rob Defranco who’s in a robe with a ton of cute women in bikinis. He then takes his robe off to reveal he’s in a bikini as well.

He first talked about his character in “Nurse Jackie”. They also showed clips from the “Nurse Jackie” show and the “New Moon” movie in order to illustrate the differences in the two characters he plays, even though they are both doctors. Peter Facinelli who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in “Twilight” and “New Moon” has apparently had a “Twitter” following bet going on with director Rob DeFranco as to who could get the most “Twitter” followers. He said he just got off the phone with Robert,and he confirmed that the victory belongs to Peter. So now Robert will have to dance down Hollywood Boulevard in a bikini singing “All the Single Ladies” on June 30,2009.

Peter said he can’t wait,but then he just had a visual,and thought,well maybe we shouldn’t have won,lol!!! Recently, Extra gave an interview to “Twilight” and “New Moon” star Peter Facinelli. Peter plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the “Twilight Saga” films. As they talked about the “Twilight Saga” films, Ryan asked Peter if he’s signed on for all four installments yet. He said at the moment,he has only signed on for three ,but hopes that he can eventually sign on for the “Breaking Dawn” 4th installment.He said that “Twilight” was originally an independent film so it was very nice to see how big it got. Ryan Seacrest jokes about him being a sex symbol in the movie.

MTV talked with two more stars from the cast of “New Moon”, Elizabeth Reaser and Peter Facinelli, at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night. They asked them what it was like filming “New Moon”. Elizabeth Reaser was the first one to speak,and she said that it was very different,they have a different director,and they’re shooting at different locations. She said it’s mostly different because it’s so much more of a big deal now than it was with “Twilight”. When they filmed “Twilight”, they were just filming in Portland, Oregon,running around,and getting into trouble. But now they have to be a little bit more cautious.
