MTV gets Omarion to replace Shane Sparks on “America’s Best Dance Crew.” According to Zap2it, MTV has gotten R&B superstar Omarion to replace choreographer, Shane Sparks on its hit dance reality show, “America’s Best Dance Crew.” This change has occurred in light of Shane Spark’s recent legal troubles over allegations of molestation charges.

They say MTV was searching for a new third judge,and recently picked Omarion. He will join the show for its upcoming 5th season,along with Lil Mama and JC Chasez who have been on the show since the first season. Choreographer, Shane Sparks gets out of jail & claims he was setup. According to TMZ,famous choreographer,Shane Sparks posted bail last night,which was like half a million dollars. Damn,Shane ! So, he’s now out of jail,and his lawyer said that he’s ready to fight an extortion case. They say he called it “extortion, Hollywood style.”

Shane Sparks is a choreographer for Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance,” and MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew.” He was arrested two days ago,and was charged with eight counts of child molestation. However, TMZ says his attorney, Steve Meister says the whole thing “stinks to high heaven” because the girl that’s accusing him of the crime waited 15 years before she decided to report this,and it also happens to be at a time when Shane Sparks is famous. TMZ releases new clip of choreographer Shane Sparks getting arrested. TMZ has just released an exclusive video clip (below) of famous dance choreographer, Shane Sparks getting arrested earlier today. They say the cameras were rolling when he got arrested and cuffed at his home in North Hollywood this morning.

He was then hauled off to a jail located in Van Nuys, California. He is being held on a $590,000 bail. He was charged with 8 acts of alleged molestation with an underaged girl. They reported that the alleged crimes occurred way back in 1994. They say that the girl he allegedly molested was a dance student of his.

Dance choreographer, Shane Sparks gets arrested for child molestation. TMZ has just reported that famous dance choreographer, Shane Sparks has been arrested and charged with 9 counts of child molestation. Shane is a choreographer for high profile shows like Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance,” and judge on MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew.”

They say the LAPD took Shane into custody at 8am this morning on a felony warrant,and charged him with molestation. The alleged molestation happened back in 1994. The criminal complaint says Shane allegedly committed the crime of a lewd act upon a child,which is a felony.

MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew ” will return for a third season on January 15,2009 bringing back Mario Lopez as the host along with judges, Lil Mama(rapper),J.C. Chasez(singer/songwriter and former Nsync member),and Shane Sparks(Super dance choreographer). The show will keep the same format that it had in it’s previous two seasons. The dance teams will compete for the audience’s votes,and the judges will decide which one of the two lowest scoring crews will get sent home.
