So You Think You Can Dance 2011 eliminated Ricky & Caitlynn tonight.

Tonight’s elimination show kicked off with a dance routine from the final six dancers. Then hostess Cat Deeley hit the stage to intro the judges,and talk a bit. After that, Sasha did a solo dance,followed by Caitlynn and Melanie to lead into the first break.

After the break, they showed scenes from “National Dance Day.” Then Tadd hit the stage for his solo,followed by Marko and Ricky to lead into another break. After the break,past dancers Kent & Lauren performed a special dance routine, choreographed by Travis Wall. Then Cat recapped Sasha,Caitlynn,and Melanie’s performances from last night. ‘So You Think You Can Dance 2011′ eliminated Jess & Jordan tonight.

Tonight’s elimination show kicked off with a dance routine from the final 8 contestants,choreographed by Tyce. Then hostess Cat Deeley hit the stage to intro the judges and talk briefly. After that, she got down to business and showed a recap of Sasha, Jordan,Caitlynn,and Melanie’s performances from last night to lead into the first break.

So You Think You Can Dance 2011 eliminated Robert & Miranda tonight in round 3. Tonight’s elimination show kicked off with a special dance routine from the final 16 contestants. Then hostess Cat Deeley arrived onstage to give her regular judges intro.

They had a little conversation,and showed a snippet from guest judge Kristin Chenoweth’s new music video. After that,Cat got right down to business,and revealed that Melanie & Marco were safe,Ashley & Chris landed in the bottom three,and Ryan & Ricky were safe this week to lead into the first break.

After the first break, Cat revealed that Tadd & Jordan were safe, Sasha & Alexander were safe,and Miranda & Robert wound up in the bottom three this week to lead into another break. After that, she got right down to business,and revealed three couples that were safe this week to lead into the first break.

Mary J Blige sang a soulful ‘I Am’ on “So You Think You Can Dance.” Longtime superstar R&B singer, Mary J. Blige sang a very soulful “I Am” on Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance” last night. “I Am” is her new single (video below).

She started it off by hitting some great notes with her awsome voice. Then she cut straight into the chorus of the song,standing in place to start off with. After a little while,she grabbed the mic and started moving around the stage,working the crowd.

She started getting into the song,using gestures to display the lyrics she was singing. She started to make it more entertaining both vocally and visually. Read the rest of this entry »

Jennifer Lopez Rocked Louboutins On ‘So You Think You Can Dance.’ Last night, mega star, Jennifer Lopez hit the “So You Think You Can Dance” stage to perform her new single, “Louboutins” (video below).

She started out the performance, laying on a bed. Then did a little phone skit,and hit the dance floor. This time she didn’t fall. She also included dancers from the “So You Think Yo Can Dance” show of present and past. I really like this “Louboutins” song,though I can’t pronounce it,lol!! It’s really starting to grow on me,the more I hear it.

As she hit the stage,she did very theatrical types of dance moves,coupled with great vocals.It was very entertaining to watch. Read the rest of this entry »

Adam Lambert displayed mad vocals On ‘So You Think You Can Dance.’ The recent controversial Adam Lambert hit the stage again last night on Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance” season finale show. He performed his new song, “Whataya Want From Me,” and he gave a great vocal performance (video below).

It was definitely a more tamed performance than his 2009 American Music Awards showing,but he still entertained the crowd with his very passionate performance. Even standing in one spot most of the time, this guy can still manage to give an exciting performance.

He was wearing a gray suit with black rocker gloves. From the first note he sang,you could hear the intense passion from his voice. Read the rest of this entry »

Karen Hauer & Victor Smalley get eliminated from ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ 6 week 5. The dancers kicked off the show with a performance to the song, “What A Girl Gotta Do.” It was choreographed by Tabitha & Napolean. Then, Kate Deeley introduced the judges,and they talked a little bit about what will happen next week,when it’s just down to ten dancers. It’ll be all up to America from that point on.

Next, they revealed that Karen & Victor were in the bottom three,and Ashleigh & Jakob were safe,to lead into the first break. After the first break, they revealed Mollee & Nathan were in the bottom three, and Kathryn & Legacy were safe, to lead into the 2nd break. Read the rest of this entry »

Kevin Hunte & Channing Cooke get eliminated from ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ 6 week 4. The remaining dancers kicked off the show with a very interesting dance routine choreographed by Wade and Amanda Robson.

Then Kat Deeley came out to introduce the judges and explain how the show works. They talked a little bit about how the dancers did last night,and gave their advice for who ends up in the bottom three this week.

Peter Sabasino & Pauline Mata get eliminated from “So You Think You Can dance” 6 week 3. The dancers kicked off the show with a dance routine to “Warrior” part 2 song. The routine was choreographed by Dave Scott.

Then,Kat Deeley made her way to the stage to introduce the judges and explain the rules of the show. She talked with judges for a while to talk further about how the show will go down from hear on out.

Then they revealed that Ryan & Ellenore were in the bottom three to head into the first break. After the first break, Dominique from season three did a special segment testing people dance skills, out on the streets.
