Survivor 23 released new spoiler preview clip with 2 past contestants returning & more

Hey guys. It’s almost that time of year again. Survivor 23: South Pacific will be returning for its Fall premiere,and CBS has released a new spoiler clip (below),which reveals new twists in the game,including more past contestants returning.

In the clip, host Jeff Probst hopped on to reveal that season 23 is being shot. After that, he showed a preview clip that reveals, the “Redemption Island” twist is returning this season with 16 new castmembers in the South Pacific. Read the rest of this entry »

CBS Survivor’s Russell Hanz may go after cops over his bogus arrest. According to TMZ , Russell Hanz from CBS’s Survivor 20 and 19 may now be getting ready to take legal action against the Louisiana cops who arrested him yesterday for supposedly mistreating him. They say when Russell got arrested yesterday on an assault charge,it was a misunderstanding, and he is now considering taking legal action against the cops who busted him.

Their source said that Russell was partying near a bar he owns in Lafayette, LA yesterday morning when a random partygoer told the cops that they saw Russell push a woman. Read the rest of this entry »

CBS Survivor’s Russell Hanz got arrested for assault this morning. According to TMZ , Russell Hanz from CBS “Survivor” 20 and 19 got arrested earlier this morning for assaulting somebody,while partying it up in Louisiana. They say that Russell was arrested in Louisiana early this morning after he attacked somebody at a street festival.

The cops said he was parting at the Festival International de Louisiana,and then he allegedly shoved somebody to the pavement. Russell was immediately arrested by the Lafayette City Police,and taken to a nearby jail. He has already been released. Read the rest of this entry »

Erik Cardona gets voted off ‘Survivor Samoa’ 19 Episode 8 with a severe blind side.The show started off with brief recap of what happened when Liz Kim got voted off last week.

Next, they showed commentary from the Foa,Foa tribe. They talked about what they need to do next, since they’re majorly outnumbered. Russell said his tribe is all about unity,so he’s not worried about being outnumbered.

After the break, they showed commentary from the Galu tribe. Laura and Shannon had a lot of friction going on between them. Shannon tried to talk things out with Laura,but it just wasn’t working.

CBS rapped up it’s 18th season of “Survivor” entitled “Survivor : Tocantins” tonight (5-17-09),and the seven “Survivor” tribe peer members voted James “J.T.” Thomas Jr. to be the winner of the 18th installment of “Survivor” which was set in the rugged interior of Brazil. The show began with 16 players,and slowly but surely made it’s way down to the final two which consisted of James Thomas and New Yorker Stephen Fishbach on tonight’s finale.

James will take home $1 million before taxes to his home in Samson, Alabama where he owns a cattle-ranching business. I caught some of tonight’s episode,and they had a really interesting final competition which consisted of a ball maze game. It was really mental to see who could last the longest. It was rather unique and entertaining.

At the end of the show they showed a preview of where the 19th installment of Survivor would take place. They confirmed that it will take place in Samoa. So all you die hard “Survivor” fans have that to look forward to.
