They started by showing a clip from “Twilight Saga: New Moon”. Then Taylor talked about how great it is to have such great fan support behind them.

Access Hollywood reports that “Twilight Saga: New Moon” movie star, Taylor Lautner will be making an appearance on “The Jay Leno Show” Monday night,and he’ll be bringing a never-before-seen clip from “New Moon,” to present to everyone.
They say that the scene will feature Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan. No other details were given. It’s also reported that fans are already camping outside theaters in Westwood, California,so they can see the stars of the film at the premiere on Monday.

This clip starts out with a scene we’ve seen before, where Edward (Robert Pattinson) tells Bella (Kristen Stewart) that she doesn’t belong in his world. Then it jumps to scenes with Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) and Bella becoming closer,and him trying to convince her that he would never let her down.

This photo features what appears to be a pretty steamy moment between characters, Jacob Black and Bella Swan.
I’m not sure if Jacob actually gets denied the kiss in this scene,or if Bella lets him go ahead and do it. However, from the look of it,she appears to be caught up in the heat of the moment.
