Elin Nordegren tore down her $12 Million house to build a new pricier one in its place. According to TMZ, Tiger Wood’s ex-wife Elin Nordegren has recently hired a bulldozing crew to come in and just tear down a perfectly good $12 million dollar home,because she’s planning on building a new,more expensive one in its place.

The $12 million dollar house had 9,000 square feet,6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms,and is located in North Palm Beach,Florida. She bought it after she scored $100 million dollars from divorcing Tiger after his many affairs. Apparently, the old home just wasn’t good or expensive enough for her,so now she’s looking to go all out. She didn’t even bother with just selling the $12 million dollar pad to be somewhat smart. Rachel Uchitel forced to return $10 Million hush money to Tiger Woods.

According to TMZ, former Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel was recently forced to return all of her affair hush money back to Tiger Woods. However, Rachel is preparing to sue attorney Gloria Allred to get that cash back,claiming she sold her out.

Gloria was the one who originally negotiated the $10 million settlement for Rachel. The settlement included a confidentiality agreement that prohibited her from talking about Tiger,and if she violated it,she would have to return all the money back to Tiger and be sued for any damages to Tiger as well. Elin Nordegren talks about Tiger Woods affair in new interview. Recently, People magazine caught up to Elin Nordegren the now ex-wife of Tiger Woods. She gave them an exclusive interview where she revealed that she was shocked over the Tiger Woods affairs at first,and much,much more.

They say she finally broke her nine month silence. She stated, “I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children.” She went on to reveal that she feels stronger now,despite all that’s happened,stating, “I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself.”

Tiger Woods finalized Elin Nordegren divorce today. According to TMZ, Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren finally completed their divorce earlier today. They say Tiger and Elin were both present at Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City,Florida earlier today for the execution of their divorce agreement.

Their documents didn’t reveal any details about the split and the terms of the settlement. However, an inside source close to the settlement revealed that Elin will receive $100 million dollars from Tiger Woods. They say that one of the terms of the divorce settlement between Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren is that she can take their two kids to Sweden.

Mistress Devon James says Tiger Woods gave alleged son gifts. According to TMZ, Tiger Woods’ alleged mistress Devon James is claiming that Tiger Woods actually gave her son gifts,along with the claims that he is the father of her son.

They say that Tiger has known about the kid for quite some time,and has sent presents to the boy in the past. A representative for Devon James told TMZ that Devon told Tiger about the alleged son back in August of 2008.
