Tiger Woods refuses to talk to police about his car accident. According to TMZ, Tiger Woods has refused to meet with the Florida Highway Patrol about his recent SUV accident. They seem to think that Tiger might be trying to wait until his “evidence revealing” wounds heal.

Apparently the highway patrol is suspicious of his wife’s story. She apparently told the first officer that Tiger just drove off and hit a fire hydrant. Then she ran into the house and got a golf club,busted out the car window,and got Tiger out of the car. However, she told a different story to the Highway Patrol.

TMZ Reports Tiger Wood’s wife scratched his face during car incident. TMZ is reporting that while Tiger hasn’t officially been interviewed by the Florida Highway Patrol, he did speak with a non-law enforcement person. He apparently spilled the beans about what went down to this person,they’re claiming.

They say that Tiger said, his wife confronted him about the recent reports going around of him cheating on her. Then, the argument got heated,and she proceeded to scratch his face up. After that, Tiger ran out of the house to get in his SUV,and then his wife chased after him with a golf club. She then, struck his SUV about several times with the club. Tiger Woods gets seriously injured in a car crash. The Associated Press is reporting that Golf megastar, Tiger Woods was seriously injured in car accident earlier this morning. Apparently he hit a tree near his mansion.

They report that the Florida Highway Patrol said, that he hit the hydrant and a tree after pulling out of his driveway in his 2009 Cadillac sports utility vehicle. They say his injuries are serious. He was taken to health central Hospital,and his condition is currently not known,but they say he is not in the emergency room.

According to reports, Tiger Woods is currently sitting at 6 over par for the tournament while Steve Marino and Tom Watson are sharing a lead of 5 under par for the tourney.Apparenty, Tiger didn’t start the tournament off so great.

Tom Watson shot an even par today to end up sharing the lead with Steve Marino. The rest of the 2009 British Open leaderboard consists of : Mark Calcavecchia at -4, Ross Fisher, Retief Goosen, Miguel Angel Jimenez, Kenichi Kuboya and Vijay Singh are at -3,JB Holmes and James Kingston sit at -2, and Angel Cabrera, Jim Furyk, Sergio Garcia, Camilo Villegas,Stewart Cink are at -1 for the tournament.
