“Twilight” stars Robert Patterson(Character:Edward Cullen) and Kristen Stewart (Character: Bella Swan) have each just landed a $12 million dollar payday to do the already planned follow up sequel to “Twilight” based on the second Stephanie Meyer’s book in the Twilight series entitled, “New Moon”. They only made about $2 million for “Twilight” but with the huge success of the film bringing in $70.55 million it’s opening weekend obviously made their stock rise. Also “New Moon” sounds really interesting as it will be an even larger film than “Twilight”. It will cover werewolves and journeys to Alaska and Italy.

In “Twilight” a young girl named,Bella Swan(Kristen Stewart) moves with her father to a new little rainy town called, Forks,Washington from sunny Phoenix,AZ after her mother decides to remarry and move to Jacksonville,FL. Upon her arrival at Forks, she meets some new people at school that she hangs out with,but one day she meets someone that stands out from the pack. A 17 year old boy named,Edward Cullen(Robert Pattinson). He’s secretly a vampire that hasn’t aged since 1918 and comes off very shy and withdrawn at first because he feels himself unusually hungry for Bella’s blood which is an urge that he has otherwise learned to control over the years. He goes away for about a week and comes back having seemingly gotten over his irresitable urges at least enough to strike up a conversation with Bella. It’s confirmed that Summit Entertainment will move forward with sequels to the “Twilight” film based on the Stephanie Meyer’s vampire books,”New Moon”,”Eclipse”,and the latest entry “Breaking Dawn”. Even though the original has yet to hit the theaters,Summit wanted to go ahead and get the bid in for the sequels before another movie studio snatched them up.

It looks like it will draw big numbers though because it’s been heavily promoted and it has a huge loyal following from the book which is mostly female based audiance. Read the rest of this entry »

Now it’s time to take a look at the trailer for the new movie,”Twilight”.I’ve seen alot of coverage on this movie everywhere and after reviewing the trailer I must admit that I’m sucked into the plot of the film. I really wanna know now how this bad boy is gonna play out. Enjoy the trailer.

The Plot: Bella Swan(Kristen Stewart) is a unique girl who has never been interested in fitting in with the so called “in crowd”. Her mother remarries and sends her to live with her Father in a little town called,Forks, Washington where she meets an interesting boy who is different from any other boy she’s ever met. It turns out that he’s a vampire,but not a traditional vampire that sucks blood and has fangs,and apparently he can go out in the day time. He really likes her but the closer they get the more he must fight his primal urges.There’s also more trouble when his mortal vampire enemies come to town and try to attack her. Will he be able to protect her?
