Here is the trailer for the third installment of the “Underworld” franchise entitled, “Underworld 3: Rise of the Lycans” starring :Michael Sheen, Bill Nighy, Rhona Mitra, Kevin Grevioux. I liked the first two and hope that this one does well,but I will miss Kate Beckinsale . Maybe Rhona will make me forget all about her .

The Plot: Instead of this being a sequel it’s a prequel. The story will explore the origins of the feud between the vampires known as the “Death Dealers” and their one time slave werewolves, the “Lycans”. Young Lycan,Lucian(Michael Sheen) rises up and rallies the werewolves against the evil Death Dealer king that enslaved them, Viktor(Bill Nighy). Lucian is joined by his secret lover Sonja(Rohna Mitra) in an effort to battle the Death Dealer army and claim Lycan freedom.

Release date: January 23,2009
