We expect to see the team launch a major investigation for that. We’re also going to see the NCIS crew take a look at Ducky’s book. CBS’ press release tells us, “Also, the team reads the first draft of Ducky’s book.”

A couple of guest characters will showing up in this episode. They are: Robert Wagner as character (Anthony DiNozzo, Sr.), Ty Olsson as character (Burke), Gwendoline Yeo as character (NCIS Special Agent Joanna Wright), Ian Verdun as character (Francis) and Nalini Sharma as character (NCIS Tech Leslie Vyas).

Episode 18 was written by Christopher J. Waild, and Leon Vance star Rocky Carroll directed it. CBS also released a preview clip for episode 18 which looks extremely intense and drama-filled.

In the clip, the NCIS crew is seen encountering a major emergency situation. McGee is seen saying, “Someone has hacked into our security grid.” Someone has also broken into their building. A major fight scene is spotted taking place, and Gibbs is right in the thick of it throwing heavy punches.

Towards the end of the clip, the team is spotted pulling out what appears to be Abby Sciuto’s dead body! We know her portrayer Pauley Perette is leaving the show after this season. Could this be her shocking exit? That’s the huge question for that particular scene. You guys can view the new preview clip for episode 18 over on Youtube by Clicking Here.
