New Supernatural Season 14 Episode 17 Delayed. It’s Not Airing On March 28, 2019

Hey, Supernatural fans. Unfortunately, this is another one of those reports where we have to let you know that your favorite TV show is getting delayed for a bit. It turns out that the next, new episode will not be airing next Thursday night, March 28, 2019. No, no, no. Instead, the CW has currently scheduled it to air on Thursday night, April 4, 2019. So, be sure to mark that very important date down on your TV show schedules.

Why is The CW doing this? Unfortunately, we can’t answer that question with an official reason. If we had to guess, we would have to say it probably has to due with the scheduling. They probably want to make sure the season finale episode lands somewhere in the middle or end of May 2019.

If they air these episodes too fast, they will end up showing the full season before the middle or end of May 2019, and they just can’t have that. Again, it’s just a theory. CW didn’t officially tell us that. We’re just guessing based on the way The CW has scheduled these Supernatural seasons for the past 14 or 15 years. The CW has always made sure the finale episodes air towards the end of May.

Anyways, so here is what will be airing instead of Supernatural on Thursday, March 28, 2019. Actually, the CW will be airing a rerun of Supernatural. The rerun they will be airing is the episode that’s titled, “Lebanon.” It originally aired back on February 7, 2019.

CW’s official description for it reads like this, “Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) look to occult lore for a solution to their latest problem, but instead of a resolution, they find much more than either of them had anticipated.”

If any of you guys missed that one, next Thursday will be your chance to play catch up. For those of you who saw that episode and don’t want to watch it again, you will definitely want to schedule something else to watch or do that night.
