Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers For Season 15, April 4, 2019 Episode 20 Revealed
Hey, Grey’s Anatomy fans. As usual, we hope you guys enjoyed tonight’s latest episode 19. Now that it’s officially done and over, it’s time for us to take a look at what’s coming up next in the next, new episode 20. Once again, we’d like to thank the wonderful folks over at ABC for serving up a press release for episode 20. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have much to tell you guys right now.
With that said, let’s go ahead and hop into this new spoiler session. As usual, we’ll get things started off with the title of this episode. ABC’s press release revealed that episode 20 is called, “The Whole Package.” Wow, that sounds like a dating title or something. But anyways, episode 20 sounds like it will feature some pretty interesting scenes as Owen and Teddy get very startled by a surprise visitor! Catherine gets back to work with a difficult patient. Meredith starts worrying about Deluca and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Owen and Teddy surprise situation. It turns out that Owen’s sister Abigail is going to return to the scene, and it will be a huge shocker for Owen and Teddy! Also, Abigail has no clue about all the new issues that Owen and Teddy are facing right now. ABC’s official description tells us, “Owen and Teddy have to deal with the surprise arrival of Megan Hunt, who knows nothing about their situation.” An alternate description reads like this, “OWEN’S SISTER MEGAN MAKES A SURPRISE VISIT TO GREY SLOAN.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that Catherine will be back in working action. However, she will have her hands quite full with a patient who’s not quite mentally ready for surgery to be performed on him. ABC’s description tells us, “Catherine preps for her first surgery back on a war veteran who’s not emotionally prepared for his procedure.” How will Catherine handle this difficult patient? That’s a big question for this particular scenario.
The third spoiler scoop reveals that Meredith is going to start worrying about Deluca trying to do an operation all by his lonesome with Richard. ABC’s description tells us, “Meredith worries about DeLuca operating alone with Richard.” Should Meredith really be worried? Or does DeLuca totally have this locked down? That’s the big questions for this particular plotline.
ABC also released a new preview clip for episode 20. It looks pretty emotional and exciting. The clip starts off showing a very excited Megan greeting Meredith with a hug. Meredith is seen telling Megan, “I did not tell Teddy and Owen that you were coming.”
Right after that, the clip cuts to Megan screaming and jumping up and down in front of Teddy and Owen saying, “We’re having a baby!” Then Megan just grabs both Teddy and Owen and hugs them. From there, the clip focuses on the Catherine situation. Jackson is seen saying, “It’s my mom’s first surgery back.” Then Catherine is seen looking very upset in the hallway. Meredith asks everyone, “Why isn’t everyone in the O.R.?” Then Catherine’s screams, “Surgery is off!”
Next, the clip cuts to a very distraught-looking Jo. She’s seen laid up in bed and all depressed. Alex is seen asking Link, “Have you talked to Jo since she got back from visiting her birth mom?” Link says, “I haven’t.” Alex says, “She won’t talk to me.”
Right after that, the clip shows Jo opening the door to Link. Then Jo is seen telling Link, “My father.” After that, the scene cuts out. Jo’s scene looks very serious and quite emotional. You guys can view the new preview clip for episode 20 over on Youtube by Clicking Here.
ABC also released a couple of preview photos for episode 20. Catherine is seen in a lot of the photos. So, expect to see quite a bit of Catherine in this episode. There some big group snap shots that feature Catherine, Jackson, Meredith, Bailey and Owen laughing and smiling together. They all look quite happy in this scene to say the very least.

Episode 20 will also feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Debbie Allen as character Catherine Fox, Greg Germann as character Tom Koracick, Abigail Spencer as character Megan Hunt, Jake Borelli as character Levi Schmitt, Chris Carmack as character Atticus “Link” Lincoln and Jaicy Elliot as character Taryn Helm.
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 20 are: Ellen Pompeo as character Meredith Grey, Justin Chambers as character Alex Karev, Chandra Wilson as character Miranda Bailey, James Pickens Jr. as character Richard Webber, Kevin McKidd as character Owen Hunt, Jesse Williams as character Jackson Avery, Caterina Scorsone as character Amelia Shepherd, Camilla Luddington as character Jo Wilson, Kelly McCreary as character Maggie Pierce, Kim Raver as character Teddy Altman and Giacomo Gianniotti as character Andrew DeLuca.
Episode 20 was written by Meg Marinis, and it was directed by Geary McLeod. ABC’s press release also confirmed that episode 20 is indeed scheduled to air next Thursday night, April 4, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
