New ‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers For April 22, 2019 Episode Revealed
Happy Friday and weekend, “Bold And The Beautiful” fans. Today’s week-ending April 19, 2019 episode featured some semi-interesting scenes. Thomas was spotted making his way over to Hope’s place so he could subtly begin his plot to steal Hope from Liam. And yes, we can now officially say that this is Thomas’ plan, thanks to the fresh batch of spoiler teasers we got from CBS today. We’ll get into that later though.
At Hope’s place, Thomas was seen coming on just a wee bit stronger than he did in past visits. He kept telling Hope how great she is for Douglas. However, this time, he started including himself in that equation. He said things like, “You’re good for Douglas and me.” It was just strong enough to get the message across without tipping off Hope that he’s totally in pursuit of her. She just took it as a nice compliment.
Towards the end of that scene, young Douglas came running in, talking about how he saw Caroline again. It sounds like Douglas made need a psychiatrist. Anyways, in this moment, Thomas suggested to Douglas that some day there might be another woman in their lives to look after him.
Douglas said, “Like Hope?” Thomas said, “Yeah, like Hope.” Oh, how convenient. Right after that, Thomas handed Douglas over to Hope to hold him. You know? If I didn’t know any better, I would think Thomas put Douglas up to that. We do know Thomas is going to start using Douglas to manipulate Hope’s feelings.
In this scene, there was also a moment where Hope told Thomas about when she tried to push Liam back into Steffy arms. And she asked Thomas if that was strange. Thomas immediately said, “No, it isn’t. I think you did the right thing.” He went on to say something about how the girls do need their father. However, you could really tell that Thomas really wants Liam to go back to Steffy so he can get his shot with Hope.
Elsewhere, in today’s episode, Liam had a new scene with Hope. In it, we saw Liam tell Hope again and again ,and again that he loves his life with Hope after Hope tried to tell him he should go see Steffy and the girls.
Later, Liam was seen talking with a returning Sally and Wyatt about his marital problems. He mentioned that he and Hope haven’t slept together since the baby Beth tragedy. Wyatt said something about how grief will do that. Liam said he’s determined not to let the Beth tragedy destroy his marriage.
Monday’s new April 22, 2019 episode sounds like it will feature some very romantic and scandalous moments as Thomas goes all in on his new Hope plot. Meanwhile ,Liam plans a romantic dinner and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Liam situation. It turns out that he will certainly be quite busy, trying to prepare this elaborate, romantic dinner for he and Hope. He thinks this will help them reconnect. CBS’ official description tells us, “Liam sets up a romantic dinner for Hope with the desire to reconnect with his wife.”An alternate description reads like this, “Liam plans a romantic dinner for Hope.”
Will this big, elaborate dinner do the trick to save their marriage? That’s the big question for this particular plotline. We think that it will help at least a little bit because we’re officially hearing that Liam and Hope will indeed make love later next week.
The description points out that it’s the first time they’ve done so since the loss of baby Beth. It reads like this, “Hope and Liam make love for the first time since Beth’s tragedy.” So, look for that to happen before Thomas gets started with his big, scandalous Hope stealing scheme.
Speaking of that, it leads us right into the second spoiler scoop for this episode. This is where CBS really makes it quite clear that Thomas is ready to move full steam aboard with his plot to steal Hope from Liam! CBS’ description tells us, “Thomas goes full steam ahead with his plan to make Hope his own.” An alternate description reads like this, “Thomas moves forward with his plan to win over Hope.”
We actually have some more official details about Thomas’ big scheme. I turns out that he’s going to use a supposed Douglas drawing to try and manipulate Hope’s feelings! Thomas is going to claim that this very emotional drawing was Douglas’ work, but Thomas is the one who actually drew it.
If that’s not enough, Thomas is going to get Steffy’s nanny Amelia to set up a video chat with Hope so she can see the two girls and start feeling guilty again about Liam being away from them.
CBS’ description for that reads like this, “Thomas thinks he, Hope and Douglas would make a perfect family and uses a drawing to manipulate Hope’s emotions. He claims that Douglas made the heartfelt drawing, but he made it himself. Later, he has Steffy’s nanny set up a video chat so Hope can see the girls and play on her guilty feelings about keeping Liam from them. Thomas believes Liam should be with his sister.”
One thing I will say about Thomas,is he is definitely slick. We’ll have to wait and see if his scandalous scheme actually does work.
As far as the Hope stolen baby storyline goes, it will come back up towards the end of next week, and it will involve Shauna pulling a gun on Zoe! Yep, you heard it right. We’re going to do a separate post on that because we’re waiting for the weekly preview clip to come out so we can get a more clear vision of this. So, stay tuned for that.
