New ‘Riverdale’ Season 4 Official Premiere Date Revealed By The CW

New ‘Riverdale’ Season 4 Official Premiere Date Revealed By The CW

Hey, “Riverdale” fans. We hope you guys are having a great day. It is, of course, time for you guys to learn when your favorite show will be back in action with new episodes. Thanks to the wonderful folks over at The CW, today is the day we can tell you.

Actually, we could’ve told you a few days ago, but we weren’t able to get to it then. What can I say, life gets really busy sometimes.

The important thing is we’re here to tell you now. So, with no further ado, you guys can expect the brand new season 4 of Riverdale to start on Wednesday night, October 9, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on The CW of course. So, be sure to mark down that very important date on your TV show calendars.

So basically, Riverdale is keeping its same night and time slot that it had in season 3. This means you guys won’t have to switch up your schedules to watch it. You can just simply start tuning back into The CW at the same night and time that you did for the last season 3.

For those of you who are interested, it’s also noted that Riverdale will be paired up with a brand new CW TV show called, “Nancy Drew.”

The official CW premise or description for this new Nancy Drew show reads like this, “After 18-year-old Nancy Drew’s college plans are put on hold, she finds herself involved in a ghostly mystery when she and her four friends are witnesses and suspects to a murder, and team up to find the person responsible.”

It sounds like it could be another good show. It will be airing in the 8 pm central time slot following Riverdale. Currently, we don’t have the full episode count for the new Riverdale season 4.

We’re guessing The CW will still probably give it another 22 episodes based on the LIVE ratings and viewership numbers it brought in during season 3.

However,it is noted that season 3 lost a lot of LIVE viewers. I mean it started off averaging well over a million to a million and a half LIVE viewers per episode. Then at around episode 12, their LIVE viewership numbers dropped below a million viewers per episode and kept on dropping to around 700,000.

It started fluctuating between 700,000 and 800,000 viewers per episode and never made it back to the million plus LIVE viewers per episode that it maintained before episode 12. So, something definitely happened there.

Still, those are pretty strong numbers for a CW show. Hopefully, Riverdale can recover the audience it lost in season 3. I know that I heard from a lot of fans that they didn’t like that whole “Farm” plotline. So, maybe they’ll switch things up.

I still need to take a look at the spoilers for season 4. Be sure to look out for our season 4 spoilers in a different article.

We do know that the cast will be back at the big 2019 Comic-Con event out in San Diego, California in July 2019. We expect a ton of season 4 spoilers to get revealed at that event. So, look for us to bring those spoilers to you guys as well. Big things are definitely in store.

Alright guys. That’s all we’ve got for this latest CW Riverdale report, but definitely stay tuned for more.

I am eagerly waiting to see season 4 of riverdale. This would be so much more twisted than previous seasons,so many rumours are caused for burning the Bernie of Jughead jones (may be he is dead or traitor or responsible for anykind of violence that caused blood which were present in betty archie and veronica’s body and they were half naked and vowed to keep their mouth shut.So wish everything will be fine and we will have a chance to see BETTY and JUGHEAD together.
