‘Hawaii Five-0’ Season 10, December 20, 2019 Episode 12 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “Hawaii Five-0” fans. Unfortunately, we had to hop back on here tonight to let you guys know some very important news about your favorite show. It turns out that “Hawaii Five-0” is totally MIA (Missing In Action) for the next few weeks.

Yep, it’s on a break. That means CBS will not be airing the next, new episode 12 tonight, December 20, 2019.

Here’s the good news. This break is not nearly as long as some of the other breaks we’ve reported for other shows. The new episode 12 is currently scheduled to air on Friday night, January 3, 2020 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot on CBS of course. So, make sure that very important date gets written down somewhere or scorched in your memory banks.

So, what will CBS air in place of Hawaii Five-0 tonight? Well, according to the TV Guide listings, CBS is airing a special episode of the classic TV show “I Love Lucy.”

CBS’ official description for this special “I Love Lucy” airing reads like this, “A new one-hour special featuring two back-to-back colorized episodes of the classic series.”

Then next Friday night, December 27,2019, CBS will air a repeat episode of Hawaii Five-0. It will be the 17th episode of season 9 titled, “E’ao Lu’au a Kualima, which means “Offer Young Taro Leaves To” in English.

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Junior is torn between his duties as a member of Five-0 and his feelings for his former girlfriend when her new love, the father of her son, is one of the culprits in a bank-heist-turned-homicide.”

If that line of programming sounds good to you, you might still want to watch CBS during the Hawaii Five-0 break. If not, you will definitely want to schedule something else as soon as possible.

With all of that said, we do have some new information for the new episode 12 of Hawaii Five-0 season 10. CBS served up a press release for it. We must tell you, right now, this thing does contain a few spoiler teasers.

If you don’t like spoilers, it would be in your best interest to exit this article right now. However, if you don’t mind reading spoilers or even like them, this next segment is something you don’t want to miss.

Now that our spoiler warning is in place, let’s take a look at this new episode 12 press release. First, it reveals that episode 12 is officially named, “Ihea ‘oe i ka wa a ka ua e loku ana?” That means, “Where were you when the rain was pouring?” in English.

It definitely sounds like episode 12 will feature some very interesting, action-filled, dramatic and intense scenes.

In the new episode 12, a very important list that contains the names of undercover CIA agents will turn up stolen! That’s right, guys, and the security of the nation will be threatened because of it!

In light of this terrible event, Steve and the Five-0 crew will seek out the help of Magnum and his crew Higgins,Rick and TC from the Magnum P.I. show to help assist them in getting this very important list back from whoever friggin stole it. So, that’s right, guys. We’ve got a crossover episode happening in this one.

In addition to the big investigation plot, Higgins is going to take some time out to offer Tani a piece of personal advice.

CBS’ official description for episode 12 tells us, “When a list of undercover CIA agents is stolen, Steve and Five-0 enlist the help of Magnum (Jay Hernandez),Higgins (Perdita Weeks),Rick (Zachary Knighton)and TC (Stephen Hill) to get it back and protect national security. Also, Higgins gives Tani some personal advice.”

An alternate description reads like this,”STEVE MCGARRETT AND FIVE-0 JOIN FORCES WITH THOMAS MAGNUM AND FRIENDS TO PROTECT NATIONAL SECURITY WHEN A LIST OF UNDERCOVER CIA AGENTS IS STOLEN AND A MEMBER OF FIVE-0 IS IN DANGER.”

For those of you who are interested, this crossover episode will indeed be continued in Magnum P.I.’s episode following in the 8 pm central standard time slot.

The official description for that one reads like this, “When Junior (Beulah Koale) is kidnapped as leverage to retrieve the stolen list of undercover CIA agents, and most of Five-0 is rounded up by the CIA to prevent them from interfering, Tani (Meaghan Rath) and Quinn (Katrina Law)ask Magnum and Higgins for their help.”

Episode 12 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Jason Lee Hoy as character (Baldy), Melissa Tang as character (Erin), Jo Sung as character (Zhou) and Chad X Lerma as character (Officer Hollis).

Episode 12 will feature a few recurring stars. They are: Jay Hernandez as character (Thomas Magnum), Perdita Weeks as character (Juliet Higgins), Zachary Knighton as character (Orville “Rick” Wright) and Stephen Hill as character (Theodore “TC” Calvin).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 12 are: Alex O’Loughlin as character (Steve McGarrett), Scott Caan as character (Danny “Danno” Williams), Ian Anthony Dale as character (Adam Noshimuri).

Season regulars continued: Meaghan Rath as character (Tani Rey), Jorge Garcia as character (Jerry Ortega), Beulah Koale as character (Junior Reigns), Chi McBride as character (Captain Lou Grover), Katrina Law as character (Quinn Liu), Taylor Wily as character (Kamekona), Dennis Chun as character (Sgt. Duke Lukela) and Kimee Balmilero as character (Dr. Noelani Cunha).

Episode 12 was written by Peter M. Lenkov. The teleplay is by David Wolkove. It was directed by Katie Boyum.

Again, CBS confirmed that episode 12 is scheduled to air on Friday night, January 3, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
