‘Hawaii Five-0’ Season 10, January 17, 2020 Episode 14 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “Hawaii Five-0” fans. Unfortunately, it’s another one of those times again. We have to tell you some bad news. It turns out that CBS will not be airing the next, new episode 14 tonight, January 17, 2020.

We’re not sure exactly why this is happening, but we can tell you that we’re sure that the new episode 14 is currently scheduled to air on Friday night, January 31, 2020 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot on CBS of course. So, be sure to mark down that very important date on your TV show calendars.

So, what is CBS is going to air instead of Hawaii Five-0 tonight? Well, according to the TV guide listings, CBS will air a repeat episode of Hawaii Five-0. The repeat episode will be the 15th episode of last season 9. It’s titled, “Ho’opio ‘Ia E Ka Noho Ali’i A Ka Ua (Made Prisoner by the Reign of the Rain).

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “As a dangerous hurricane hits Oahu, Five-0 is tasked with protecting El Diablo, a captured serial killer who is being hunted by an assassin. Also, Tani’s civilian safety check during the storm turns deadly and Rachel and Charlie evacuate to Danny’s house, where the ex-spouses reminisce.”

Then next Friday night,January 24, 2020, CBS will air another repeat episode of Hawaii Five-0. It will be the 16th episode of last season 9. It’s titled, “Hapai Ke Kuko, Hanau Ka Hewa (When Covetousness is Conceived, Sin is Born).

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “The top salesperson for a beauty company-pyramid scheme is murdered, and Five-0 sifts through a long list of possible suspects who would want her dead. Also, Adam befriends a homeless man estranged from his family.”

If any of you guys want to watch those repeat episodes, you might still want to watch CBS during this two week break. If not, you will definitely want to make other plans as soon as possible.

We were able to get some new intel for the next, new episode 14 of Hawaii Five-0’s current season 10. CBS put out a press release for it. We must warn you that it does contain spoiler teasers. If you don’t like spoilers, we highly suggest you bail out on this article right now.

If you don’t mind reading spoilers, by all means please stick around. We’d love to have you. Now that our spoiler warning is in place, let’s go over this new episode 14 press release.

For starters, it’s officially titled,“I ho‘olulu, ho‘ohulei ‘ia e ka makani.” That means, “There was a lull, and then the wind began to blow about” in English.

It sounds like episode 14 will feature some very intense, dramatic, dangerous and action-filled scenes.

In the new episode 14, Danny is going to be on cloud nine start off with as he will meet the girl of his dreams. Unfortunately, this dream of his will soon turn into a deadly nightmare when he and the girl get into potentially fatal car crash! What’s even worse is that they will be far from anyone that can help them!

Elsewhere, Eddie the dog will all of a sudden start showing signs that he has PTSD. In light of this, McGarrett will call up Quinn and Tani to give him a helping hand with this situation.

CBS’ official description for episode 14 reads like this, “Soon after Danny meets the girl of his dreams, they get into a potentially fatal car accident in an area far from help. Also, McGarrett enlists Quinn and Tani to help when Eddie the dog suddenly shows signs of PTSD.”

CBS also released a couple of preview photos for episode 14. They mostly feature Danny in some intense action after getting into that very severe car wreck. He’s seen flirting with the pretty girl in a few of the frames. Then he’s seen calling an ambulance in a couple of the other pics.

Episode 14 will feature a few guest stars. They are: Kate Siegel as character (Leslie), Roxy Otm (Eka), Presilah Nunez as character (Sr. Emma Okino), Paul Schackman as character (Dr. Currin), Mark Rolston as character (Colonel O’Donnell), Chido Nwokocha as character (Sgt. Michaels), Sara Aminias character (Molly) and Mike Ryan as character (Driver).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 14 are: Alex O’Loughlin as character (Steve McGarrett), Scott Caan as character (Danny “Danno” Williams), Ian Anthony Dale as character (Adam Noshimuri), Meaghan Rath as character (Tani Rey), Jorge Garcia as character (Jerry Ortega), Beulah Koale as character (Junior Reigns).

Season regulars continued: Chi McBride as character (Captain Lou Grover), Katrina Law as character (Quinn Liu), Taylor Wily as character (Kamekona), Dennis Chun as character (Sgt. Duke Lukela) and Kimee Balmilero as character (Dr. Noelani Cunha).

Episode 14 was written by Peter M. Lenkov. The teleplay was done by Paul Grellong, and it was directed by Peter Weller. Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that episode 14 is indeed scheduled to air on Friday night, January 31, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
