‘Magnum PI’ Season 2, February 7, 2020 Episode 15 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “Magnum P.I.” fans. Unfortunately, we had to jump on here and give you the really bad news. It turns out that your beloved Magnum PI show is on an extra long break right now. That means CBS will not be airing the next, new episode 15 Of Magnum PI’s current season 2 tonight, February 7, 2020.

Not only will CBS not be airing it tonight, they won’t be airing it for many more Friday nights to come. You see, it’s on a winter break.

We have official confirmation that Magnum PI will return from its winter break with the next, new episode 15 on Friday night, April 10, 2020 in it’s usual 8 pm central standard time slot on CBS of course.

That is a very important date and time. We suggest that you write it down and commit it to memory as soon as possible.

So, what will CBS be airing instead of Magnum PI during this long winter break? Well, starting tonight, February 7, 2020, CBS has bumped Hawaii Five-0 into Magnum PI’s 8 pm central standard time slot so they can air the new season 4 of MacGyver in the 7 pm central standard time slot.

CBS is airing episode 15 of Hawaii Five-0’s current season 10 tonight at 8 pm central standard time. That episode is titled, “He waha kou o ka he’e” aka “Yours is the mouth of an octopus.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “When Grover’s niece, Siobhan (Nia Holloway), goes missing from the police academy and it’s discovered her boyfriend is an undercover member of the Yakuza, Adam may be her only hope of rescue on HAWAII FIVE-0.”

Then next Friday night, February 14,2020, CBS will be airing the 16th episode of Hawaii Five-0’s 10th season. It’s titled, “He kauwa ke kanaka na ke aloha” aka “Man is a slave of love.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “On Valentine’s Day, Tani and Noelani are held hostage during a convenience store robbery. Also, Five-0 investigates the murder of a Thai diplomat whose wife confesses to the crime, but Danny suspects she’s covering for the real killer.”

We’re assuming that CBS will continue to air new or repeat episodes of Hawaii Five-0 in this 8 pm central standard time slot until April 10, 2020.

If any of you guys are Hawaii Five-0 fans, you might still want to watch CBS at 8 pm on Friday nights. If not, you will definitely want to come up with a new schedule as soon as possible, starting tonight.

Normally, at this point in our article, we would tell you what’s coming up in the next, new episode 15 of Magnum PI season 2, but CBS has not yet released any sort of promotional materials for it. Not even a title. So, we have absolutely nothing for you in that regard right now.

I know, I know. It’s very unfortunate. What we do have is some ratings and LIVE viewership numbers for Magnum PI’s current 2nd season. So, let’s see how your favorite show is doing in the ratings.

Magnum PI season 2 is currently averaging 6.530 million LIVE viewers per episode and a 0.64 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. The last episode 14 brought in 7.050 million LIVE viewers and a 0.70 ratings score.

CBS has yet to renew Magnum PI for a new season 3. However, the ratings and LIVE viewership numbers look quite strong to me. So, I would be surprised if CBS didn’t renew it. We’ll have to wait and see though.

Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 15 of Magnum Pi’s current season 2 is scheduled to air on Friday night, April 10, 2020 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.

We ALL thoroughly enjoy the new Magnum P.I., can’t wait until April. I strongly dislike what replaced the show. Muh Geyver sucks. Maybe it worked in the 70s. Same for H50. Jay and Perdita rock as a couple!

WTF!!!! there are so many wack ass shows you can remove from CBS. Even though I’m pretty happy that Macgyver is back, how dare you remove Magnum PI from my life!!! Come on CBS you can do better. ???

We love the new Magnum PI~!!! The writers have been very creative in reinventing Higgins as a woman with the interesting chemistry between she & Magnum. Also fun to have Hawaii 5-O blended into some of the scripts. Sure hope they give Magnum a permanent slot on Fridays. McGuyver is ok but just never hooked me like Magnum~

Has CBS lost their minds. Magnum PI is the ONLY show from the CBS line-up I watch. Now I have to wait until April, this is why shows can’t get any momentum and the brilliant minds in charge end up canceling really good shows. I know Magnum PI is never going win Emmy’s but it is so much fun and a wonderful escape from my northeast winters. This sucks!!!

  9. PCcobra says:

The “old” Magnum was my all time favorite program. I didn’t think I would like the new Magnum, but I do. A lot. This winter break is unexpected, not normal, and scares the stinky out of me.

CBS —Fire your management! They do not know their brain from a rattlesnake pit. Two outraged viewers here. For 2020! I ain’t forgiving your sorry butts. That’s where your thinking comes from.
