New ‘God Friended Me’ Spoilers For Season 2, March 8, 2020 Episode 16 Revealed

Hey, “God Friended Me” fans. Welcome to another spoiler session. In this article, we’re going to tell you all about what’s coming up in next week’s new episode 16. We were able to get a few teaser descriptions for episode 16 via the official press release for episode 16. So, that will be our source for this spoiler session. Let’s get into it.

For starters, we’ve got an official title for episode 16. It’s called, “The Atheist Papers.” The new episode 16 sounds like it will feature some very dramatic, intense, emotional and interesting scenes as Miles’ spirit get crushed by an Atheist. Ali starts putting a new relationship to the test and more.

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Miles and Atheist situation. It turns out that an Atheist and renowned author named Daryl Watkins will be on the scene in this episode.

At some point,Daryl will totally criticize the absolute hell out of Miles’ podcast. In light of this, Miles will be very upset. Poor Miles.

Even though this very unfortunate event has happened, Miles will still have to help Daryl when the God Account sends Miles his name.

CBS’ official description for this Miles and Daryl storyline reads like this, “Miles is crushed when Daryl Watkins (Kevin Carroll), a renowned author and atheist, criticizes Miles’ podcast. But he must put aside his wounded pride to help Daryl when the God Account sends Miles his name.”

An alternate description tells us,”MILES MUST PUT ASIDE HIS WOUNDED PRIDE WHEN THE GOD ACCOUNT SUGGESTS HE HELP A RENOWNED ATHEIST WHO CRITICIZED HIS PODCAST.”

Will Miles be able to complete the latest task for this Atheist? That’s a big question we’ll be looking to see get answered in this episode. It certainly sounds like this storyline could feature some pretty interesting and dramatic scenes for you guys to look forward to when it hits the airwaves next Sunday night. So, get ready for it.

The second and last teaser description lets us know that Ali will be expanding her horizons in this new episode. At some point, we will see Ali try to explore the many pathways that a new relationship might take her down, and she will do this while still dealing with her intense cancer treatments.

CBS’ description for this Ali,new relationship plotline reads like this, “Also, Ali tests the waters of a new relationship as she deals with her cancer treatments.”

How will this new relationship work out for Ali? Will Ali be able to beat her cancer? Those are some very important questions we’ll be looking to see get answered as her ongoing plotline plays out.

Whatever the case, it sounds like we could get some emotional and possible dramatic scenes out of her storyline. So, keep an eye out on it.

Episode 16 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Kara Royster as character (Emily), Kevin Carroll as character (Daryl Watkins), Marcy Harriell as character (Phoebe), Tonya Pinkins as character (Marsha), Presciliana Esparolini as character (Valerie) and Nelson Ascencio as character (Asst. Reverend).

Episode 16 will feature a couple of recurring stars. They are: Francesca Ling as character (Parker) and Chosen Jacobs as character (Zack).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 16 are: Brandon Micheal Hall as character (Miles Finer), Violett Beane as character (Cara Bloom), Joe Morton as character (Arthur Finer), Suraj Sharma as character (Rakesh Singh), Javicia Leslie as character (Ali Finer) and Erica Gimpel as character (Trish).

Episode 16 was written by Jessica Granger, and it was directed by Erin Richards. CBS’ press release confirmed that episode 16 is indeed scheduled to air next Sunday night, March 8, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
