‘MacGyver’ Season 4, March 20, 2020 Episode 7 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “MacGyver” fans. We are back at you with another brand new article. However, we don’t think this one will be too pleasant for you. You see, we had to jump on here to let you guys know that CBS will not be airing the next, new episode 7 of MacGyver’s current season 4 tonight, March 20, 2020.

We are able to officially confirm that this delay is just isolated to this week. The new episode 7 is currently scheduled to air next Friday night, March 27, 2020 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot on CBS of course.

So, be sure to definitely write down this important date and time on your TV show schedules as quick as you can.

So, what is CBS airing instead of the next,new episode 7 of MacGyver’s current season 4 tonight? According to the TV Guide listings, CBS is going to air a repeat episode of McGyver. The repeat episode that they’re airing is episode 18 of season 3 titled, “Murdoc + Helman + Hit.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “When Nicholas Helman (Michael Des Barres)
resurfaces to carry out a killing spree, the Phoenix is forced to get help from the one person who knows him best… his protégé, Murdoc.”

If any of you guys happened to have missed that particular episode when it originally aired last season, tonight will most certainly be your chance to catch it.

On the other hand, if you did see this episode when it originally aired, and you have no desire to watch it again, you will certainly want to make other plans real quick.

With all of that said, we do have some new intel for the next, new episode 7 of MacGyver’s current 4th season. CBS served up an official press release for episode 7. So, we’re going to take a look at it real quick.

We must warn you that it does contain a few spoiler teasers. So, if reading spoilers aren’t your thing, we highly suggest that you bail out of this article immediately. On the other hand, if you like reading spoilers or don’t mind seeing them, we highly suggest you stick around.

Now that our spoiler warning is out of the way, let’s talk about this new episode 7 press release. For starters, it reveals that episode 7 is officially called/titled, “Mac + Desi + Riley + Aubrey.”

It sounds like episode 7 will feature some intense, dramatic, dangerous and possible action-filled scenes.

In the new episode 7, there’s going to be a double date that’s taking place with Mac,Desi, Riley and Aubrey. However,this date will soon get thrown into complete and utter chaos when a friggin murder takes place in the back of the restaurant that they are at! Mac and Desi will see this murder and attempt to hunt down the killer.

Elsewhere, Riley will be quite busy trying to keep a great,big secret under wraps from her new boyfriend named Aubrey. Apparently, Riley doesn’t want Aubrey to know what her day job is.

CBS’ official description for episode 7 reads like this, “A double date descends into chaos when Mac and Desi witness a murder in the back of the restaurant, and as they work to find the killer, Riley tries to keep the secret about her and her friends’ “day jobs” from her new boyfriend, Aubrey (Leonardo Nam).”

An alternate description reads like this, “WHILE ON A DOUBLE DATE WITH RILEY AND HER “NORMAL” BOYFRIEND, MAC AND DESI DISCOVER A MURDER AT THE RESTAURANT AND MUST FIND THE KILLER WHILE KEEPING THEIR “DAY JOBS” AS SPIES A SECRET.”

Episode 7 will feature quite a few guest stars.They are: Tate Donovan as character (Oversight), Leonardo Nam as character (Aubrey), David Shae as character (Chad), James Murray as character (Maitre d’), Sal Vulcano as character (Chef Salvatore), Joe Gatto as character (Larry), Brian Quinn as character (Dale).

Guest stars continued: Devon Sawa as character (Donovan), David E. Collier as character (Lu), Angela Zhou as character (Jennifer Kwok), Dwayne Boyd as character (Hayden), Rob Guimarra as character (Finn) and Alexander Leatty as character (SWAT guy).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 7 are: Lucas Till as character (Angus “Mac” MacGyver), Tristin Mays as character (Riley Davis), Justin Hires as character (Wilt Bozer), Meredith Eaton as character (Matty Weber), Levy Tran as character (Desi Nguyen) and Henry Ian Cusick as character (Russ Taylor).

Episode 7 was written by Stephanie Hicks, and it was directed by Brad Turner. Again, CBS confirmed that the next,new episode 7 of MacGyver’s current season 4 is scheduled to air next Friday night, March 27, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
