Hey, “MacGyver” fans. We are back with some brand new spoiler scoops for you guys. In this article, we’re going to go over what’s coming up in the next, new episode 8, which is due out next Friday night, April 3, 2020.

We were able to get a hold of 2, new teaser descriptions via a new episode 8 press release from the good ole CBS folks. So, we will certainly tell you all about those right now. Let’s get into it.

For starters, the official title for episode 8 is called, “Father + Son + Father + Matriarch.” It sounds like the new episode 8 will feature some very intense, dramatic, action-filled and interesting scenes as MacGyver and company hunt down a very dangerous bomber! MacGyver meets his aunt and more.

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the dangerous bomber situation. It turns out that Oversight is going to be in really, really big trouble in this episode. At some point, we will see Oversight almost get killed in a bombing situation!

In light of this big shocker, Oversight is going to bring on MacGyver to help him track down who he thinks did the bombing, which is Mason. However, Mason will have some shocking news for them because he will swear he didn’t plant the bomb.

In light of this new intel, MacGyver, Mason and Oversight will all team up to hunt down Codex, which is the shadow organization that set them up.

CBS’ official description for this dangerous bombing situation tells us, “After Oversight is almost killed in a bombing, he recruits Mac to help him find the suspected bomber, Mason (Peter Weller).

However, when Mason reveals he didn’t plant the bomb, the three team up to track down Codex, the shadow organization that set them up.”

An alternate description reads like this, “MACGYVER AND HIS FATHER RELUCTANTLY WORK WITH THE BOMBER WHO TRIED TO KILL OVERSIGHT WHEN THEY LEARN THAT THEY’VE BEEN SET UP BY THE SHADOW ORGANIZATION, CODEX.”

Will MacGyver and company put a stop to this wicked Codex shadow organization? That’s a big question for this particular storyline. Whatever the case, it certainly sounds like this plotline will deliver nothing but super intense drama, action and suspense for you guys next week. So, get ready for it.

The second spoiler scoop reveals that MacGyver will also have more of a calm-sounding moment when he meets up with his aunt Gwendolyn. CBS’ description for this aunt Gwendolyn moment reads like this, “Mac meets his aunt Gwendolyn (Jeri Ryan).”

What will MacGyver and Gwendolyn talk about in this moment? That’s a big question we’ll be looking to see get answered before the hour is up.

It sounds like it’ll be a pretty tame moment, especially when you compare it to all of the other mess that’s going down in this episode.

Episode 8 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Jeri Ryan as character (Gwendolyn Hayes), Tate Donovan as character (Oversight), Peter Weller as character (Elliot Mason), Keith David as character (Burke/Man), Amber Skye Noyes as character (Scarlett) and Michael Anthony as character (Suite # 1).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 8 are: Lucas Till as character (Angus “Mac” MacGyver), Tristin Mays as character (Riley Davis), Justin Hires as character (Wilt Bozer), Meredith Eaton as character (Matty Weber), Levy Tran as character (Desi Nguyen) and Henry Ian Cusick as character (Russ Taylor).
