‘Katy Keene’ Season 1, April 2, 2020 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “Katy Keene” fans. We unfortunately have just learned that, for some reason outside of our knowledge, The CW will not be airing the next, new episode 9 of Katy Keene’s current premiere season 1 tonight, April 2, 2020.

What’s worse is this same thing will happen next week, April 9, 2020. We can officially tell you guys that the new episode 9 is scheduled to air on Thursday night, April 16, 2020 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot on The CW of course. So, be sure to write down that very important date and time or make sure you memorize it.

So, what is The CW airing instead of the next, new episode 9 Of Katy Keene’s current season 1 tonight? According to the TV Guide listings, The CW is airing a repeat episode of Katy Keene. This repeat episode will be the 5th episode of this season 1 titled, “Chapter Five: Song for a Winter’s Night.”

The CW’s official description for it reads like this, “With Katy trying to get into fashion school, she knows she needs a recommendation letter, so she turns to Gloria who puts her to the test in making her the ultimate dress in exchange, putting the pressure on Katy.

Forced to stay inside because of the polar vortex, tensions grow high when Josie and Pepper get into a fight and Jorge breaks Katy’s number one rule. Meanwhile, Josie is torn about the deal Alexander’s dad made her, especially after what Alexander shows her.”

Then next Thursday night, April 9, 2020, The CW will air a repeat episode of “Arrow.” It will be the 8th episode its last season 8. It’s titled, “Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Four.”

The CW’s official description for it reads like this, “Stuck in the Vanishing Point, the Paragons search for a way to escape. The futility of the situation is compounded by The Flash’s disappearance.

However, hope appears in the form of Oliver, who reveals that he has become something else. Meanwhile, the origin stories for The Monitor and Anti-Monitor are revealed.”

If any of you guys are interested in that line up of shows, you might still want to tune in to The CW during this break in the Katy Keene schedule. If you’re not interested in watching these repeat episodes, you will certainly want to switch up your schedule rather quickly.

With all that said, we do have some new intel for the next,new episode 9. The CW served up a new press release for it. So, we’re going to go over it with you guys real quick.

However, we must warn you that it does contain a lot of spoiler teasers. If spoilers aren’t your thing, we highly suggest that you exit this article right now.

If you don’t have any problems with spoilers whatsoever, we would, of course, love for you to stick around.

Ok, now that our spoiler warning is out of the way, let’s take a look at this new episode 9 press release. For starters, it has informed us that episode 9 is titled, “Chapter Nine: Wishin’ & a Hopin””

It sounds like episode 9 will feature some pretty emotional, dramatic and intense scenes.

In the new episode 9, Katy will have some issues as she struggles with her new position. In fact, she will have such a hard time with it that she will totally lose her confidence! Katy will end up turning to Gloria for help, and Gloria will give Katy some good advice.

Alex will want to get the Pussycats band started back up. However, Josie and Alex’s dad will disagree about the direction they want to take the group in. In light of this conflict, Alex will be forced to make a very difficult decision.

Jorge will be quite happy because he’s able to bring his current boyfriend and new friendship with an ex together. However, things will turn gloomy when things get messy.

Elsewhere,Pepper will get involved in some heavy drama online. It will be some sort of feud that is so serious it could ruin absolutely everything for her! Pepper will also get very shocked when she finds out who she’s been feuding with.

The CWE’s official description for episode 9 reads like this, ” Katy (Lucy Hale) struggles with find her place with her new position and loses her confidence and turns to Gloria (Katherine LaNasa) who gives her good advice.

Alex (Lucien Laviscount) wants to put together The Pussycats again, but what his dad envisions and what Josie (Ashleigh Murray) envisions for the group are two different things leaving Alex to make a tough choice.

Jorge (Jonny Beauchamp) is happy that he is able to bring his current boyfriend and a budding friendship with an ex together, but things become a little messy. Meanwhile, Pepper (Julia Chan) is in an online feud that could ruin everything for her, and she is stunned when she learns who it is.”

Episode 9 will also feature: Camille Hyde as character Alexandra Cabot ,and Zane Holtz as character Ko Kelly.

Episode 9 was directed by Pamela Romanowsky, and it was written by Mia Katherine Iverson. Again, The CW confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of Katy Keene’s current season 1 is scheduled to air on Thursday night, April 16, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.

Also, every episode of KATY KEENE will be available to stream on CWTV.com and The CW App the day after its broadcast for free.
