They are certainly going to do that same thing tomorrow,May 8, 2020, to close out this week. What will be different is the episode they’re re-airing. We were able to track down that information, and we discovered that CBS is going to back-track about 18 years ago to the year 2002 for this repeat episode.

Wow, it’s so crazy to think that 2002 is already friggin 18 years ago. Time has certainly flown by.

Anyways, CBS is going to re-air the episode that originally aired on Thursday, September 5, 2002. That’s right, guys. It’s going to feature Victor and Nikki getting remarried at the iconic Colonnade Room. Ashley will show up in this episode as she struggles with a certain secret and more.

We did get a slightly new update for when the Young And The Restless cast and crew will be able to get back to work to film new episodes, and it’s really not good. We’re officially hearing that it will probably be at least another two more months before they can get working again!

According to the folks over at soapdirt.com ,plans to start working on new episodes won’t even be brought up until early June 2020.

After that, it will take at least a couple of weeks to implement those plans. So, the wait is definitely real, guys. You should expect to see repeat episodes or whatever else CBS can come up with for quite some time.

We’re hoping this forecast will change before that much time passes, but we’re not holding our breath for it. If something new does happen, we will definitely let you guys know.
