Happy Monday,”Young And The Restless” fans. We hope you guys had another terrific weekend. We are back again to give you guys another “Young And The Restless” mini report. As most of you all know by now, CBS is only running repeat episodes due to the terrible fallout of the Covid-19 pandemic.

With that said, we hunted down which repeat episode of The Young And The Restless CBS plans to unleash upon you guys tomorrow, June 2, 2020.

It turns out that they’re going to open up their old Young And The Restless episode vault for the year 1999. That’s right, guys. CBS will be re-airing the episode that originally aired way back on Friday, September 17, 1999.

It featured Jack really starting to think success is on the way because John Abbott took back control of Jabot. Victor and Ashley were also in this episode. They had a very significant moment because they decided to make up with each other and play nice again.

CBS’ official description for this “Young And The Restless,” September 17, 1999 repeat episode reads like this, “Jack (Bergman) smells success as John Abbott (Douglas) regains control of Jabot, and Victor (Eric Braeden) and Ashley (Davidson) make amends.”

We just got a new update about the filming status for The Young And The Restless. As we recently reported, the Governor of California Gavin Newsom didn’t release the guidelines for filming to start up again last week, which means filming can’t start up again.

Now, we’ve learned from Soapdirt.com that Gavin did actually want to get them back working again, but the unions are blocking everything now.

Once the unions take down their roadblock, we should see the Young And The Restless cast and crew be able to finally get back to work. As always, we’ll let you guys know when more updates pop up about this situation.
