Some new updates have come in about the filming of new episodes for The Young And The Restless. They still have not started back, but according to a new report from Soaps.com, the Hollywood TV and Film industry have now submitted a 22-page safety plan to the New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and California Governor Gavin Newsom.

This plan outlines all the safety measures they plan to use in order to start back filming again.

This plan is also being sent to regional officials and offices, including the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.

Currently, there’s no word on if it’s been read yet, but we’re sure it will. We’ll probably do a whole separate article on this later on. And as usual, we’ll update you guys on the new developments that arise from this safety plan action.
