Billy was also in action in this episode. He was busy keeping secrets from his family.

Some more new updates did come out today regarding when the “Young And The Restless” cast and crew can start filming new episodes again.

According to the folks over at soapdirt.com, CBS Studios got together with Disney and other networks to release a joint proposal.

They also worked with the unions of the cast and crew to finally get a safety plan approved! At this time, the plan is now awaiting an approval from California governor Gavin Newsom.

If he approves this plan, the Young And The Restless and other soap operas will finally be able to get back to work filming brand new episodes for you guys!

It’s highly likely that Gavin will approve this plan because he was reportedly pushing to get the TV and film industry back to work, but the unions were holding things up out of safety concerns.

That hold-up is now over since the unions finally agreed to a safety plan. As always, we will update you guys on any other new developments that arise in regards to this matter.
