It featured Lauren in action. She had some very startling news to tell her husband! Phyllis was making a tough stance in regards to Sharon as she refused to let Sharon get any type of foothold on her territory. Elsewhere, Gloria and Kevin were quite busy, making sure they covered all their tracks.

As we previously reported, The cast and crew of The Young And The Restless did officially get back to work, filming new episodes yesterday, July 14, 2020.

Victor Newman star Eric Braeden shared some new, interesting intel via his official Twitter account. Apparently, they’ve had to shoot most of their scenes outside because there’s a statewide shutdown on all indoor activities in California.

Eric wrote, “Well, not quite that simple! We are mostly shooting outside, have no contact with anyone from make up, wardrobe, etc!!”

One of the Young And The Restless make-up artists wrote, “Yes, all indoor activities has been shut down state wide. CBS is choosing to go forth anyway.”

So, these are definitely some tough times, people. Make no mistake about it. CBS is totally going against the grain to try and get these new episodes filmed for you guys.

They are some troopers over there. If The Young And The Restless crew can keep on filming through this pandemic madness, we could see new episodes hit the air before August 2020 is over. As always, we’ll give you guys new updates when we get them. So, definitely stay tuned.
