New ‘Perry Mason’ Spoilers For Season 1, August 2, 2020 Episode 7 Revealed

Hey, “Perry Mason” fans. We are back in action ,today, to serve up a new spoiler article for you guys. In this one, we’re going to be talking about next week’s brand new episode 7 of Perry Mason’s current premiere season 1.

The terrific folks over at HBO made sure to deliver up a couple of new teaser descriptions for episode 7 in their episode 7 press release. So, that will be our source for this spoiler article. Let’s get started.

First off, we’ve got an official title for episode 7. It’s called, “Chapter Seven.” It sounds like episode 7 will feature some pretty interesting, intense and dramatic scenes as Mason tries to expose a hidden link.

Sister Alice faces mounting pressure! Strickland loses a very important witness. Drake exposes a new opening in the case and more.

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Mason situation. It turns out that Mason will very, very busy ,once again, in this episode. He will try really, really hard to expose a hidden link between the Radiant Assembly’s huge debt they owe and Charlie’s current ransom. In an effort to do this, Mason will call Herman Baggerly to the stand.

HBO’s official description for this latest Mason storyline reads like this,”Hoping to expose the hidden link between the Radiant Assembly’s staggering debt and Charlie’s ransom, Mason (Matthew Rhys) puts Herman Baggerly (Robert Patrick) on the stand.”

Will this latest tactic from Mason work out for him? We’re not sure,but we are officially hearing that Della will try to get Mason to call Emily to the stand in episode 8. Mason, Della and company will also try to tie up some lose ends. So, get ready for that in about two weeks.

The second spoiler scoop reveals that Sister Alice will be facing some heavy tension in this episode. At some point, we will see Sister Alice get hit with a ton of pressure from the church elders in regards to her promises for a resurrection.

HBO’s description for this latest Sister Alice storyline reads like this, “Sister Alice (Tatiana Maslany) faces mounting pressure from the church elders about her promises for a resurrection.”

How will Sister Alice handle all this pressure from the elders? That’s a very important question for this plotline. Whatever the case, it sounds like this storyline will deliver up some possible intense and dramatic scenes next Sunday night.

The 3rd spoiler teaser reveals that Strickland will screw up big time in this episode. At some point, Strickland is going to totally lose track of a very significant witness.

HBO’s description for this Strickland storyline reads like this, “Strickland loses track of a key witness.”

What will Strickland do about this screw up? That’s a big question for this particular storyline. We’ll definitely have to wait and see. It sounds like we could see some pretty dramatic scenes spawn from this storyline.

The 4th and last teaser description lets us know that Drake will have a possible important breakthrough in this episode. He will be busy doing some detective work, and it will lead him to opening up a new direction in the case!

HBO’s description for this Drake storyline tells us, “Drake’s (Chris Chalk) detective work opens a new avenue in the case.”

What will this new avenue entail exactly? That’s another big question we’ll be looking to see get answered before the hour is up next week. It sounds like we could definitely get some very interesting scenes out of this plotline.

Episode 7 was written by Howard Korder, and it was directed by Tim Van Patten.

HBO’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 7 of Perry Mason’s current season 1 is indeed scheduled to air next Sunday night, August 2, 2020 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
