NCIS Season 18, December 1, 2020 Episode 3 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “NCIS” fans. Unfortunately, we’ve got some very bad news for you in this article. It turns out that CBS is not going to air the next, new episode 3 of NCIS’ current season 18 tonight, December 1, 2020.

We’re not sure why, but here’s what we do know. CBS is officially scheduled to air the new episode 3 next Tuesday night, December 8, 2020 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be sure to mark down that very important date and time on your TV show calendars at your earliest convenience.

So, what is CBS airing in stead of the next, new episode 3 of NCIS’ current season 18 tonight? Well, according the listings on TV Guide, CBS will be airing one of their classic, animated, Christmas specials titled, “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “The reindeer with the incandescent nose guides Santa’s sleigh through a bad storm on Christmas Eve. Based on the song by Johnny Marks.”

If any of you guys are in the mood for some classic, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer action, tonight, you might still want to flip on CBS and relive the nostalgia.

If you have no desire to see this Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer special, you will most certainly want to get some other plans together as quick as you can.

With all of that said, we were able to track down some new info for the next, new episode 3 of NCIS’ current season 18. CBS delivered an official press release for it. So, we’re going to go over it right now.

If you love reading spoilers and actually seek them out, we think you’ll definitely want to keep reading. So, let’s get into it.

To start, CBS’ episode 3 press release reveals that episode 3 is officially entitled,”Blood and Treasure.” It sounds like episode 3 will feature some very interesting, possible action-filled, intense, dramatic and suspenseful scenes.

In the new episode 3, the NCIS team will end up roaming a forest for whatever reason. When they do, they will stumble upon not one, but two friggin dead bodies! Of course, they will immediately launch an intense investigation in to this matter, and it’s going to lead them down a path that involves mordern-day treasure hunting.

Agent Gibbs will also be in action with Fornell in this episode. They will be very busy attempting to dig deeper and deeper into their hunt for the opioid kingpin.

CBS’ official description for episode 3 reads like this,”The discovery of two dead bodies in a forest leads the NCIS team into the wild world of modern-day treasure hunting. Also, Gibbs and Fornell get deeper into their search for the opioid kingpin.”

Episode 3 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Joe Spano as character (Tobias “T.C.” Fornell), Tom Wilson as character (Abgus Demint), Sheva Cohen as character (Margot Demint), Anthony Konechny as character (Simon Felcher).

Guest stars continued: Bahni Turpin as character (Camille West), Nick Boraine as character (Merriweather/Man), Anna Grace Barlow as character (Karen), Tamika Simpkins as character (Jill), Isiah Adams as character (Shift Manager Chad) and Benny Briseno as character (Xander Price).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 3 are: Mark Harmon as character (NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs), Sean Murray as character (NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee), Emily Wickersham as character (NCIS Special Agent Eleanor “Ellie” Bishop), Wilmer Valderrama as character (NCIS Special Agent Nicholas “Nick” Torres).

Season regulars continued: Maria Bello as character (NCIS Special Agent Jaqueline “Jack” Sloane), Brian Dietzen as character (Medical Examiner Jimmy Palmer), Diona Reasonover as character (Forensic Scientist Kasie Hines), Rocky Carroll as character (NCIS Director Leon Vance) and David McCallumas character (Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard).

Episode 3 was written by Christopher J. Walid, and it was directed by Diana Valentine.

Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 3 of NCIS’ current season 18 is scheduled to air next Monday night,December 8, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time .
