New MacGyver Spoilers For Season 5, December 11, 2020 Episode 2 Revealed
Hey,”MacGyver” fans. Welcome to the new season 5 of MacGyver! CBS was finally able to make it happen after this awful year of the pandemic. We’re on here, right now, to let you know what will be going down in the next, new episode 2 of MacGyver’s current season 5, which is due out next Friday night, December 11, 2020.
The CBS folks were so very kind enough to serv up a teaser description for one of the main episode 2 storylines via their episode 2 press release. So, we’ll be going over that with you guys in this spoiler session. Let’s get into it.
To start, the official title for episode 2 of MacGyver’s new, 5th season is called, “Thief + Painting + Auction + Viro-486 + Justice.” It sounds like episode 2 will feature some very intense, action-filled, interesting and highly dramatic scenes.
In the new episode 2, a bio-weapon will be featured, and there’s great danger lurking about because this weapon could end up in the wrong hands. Taylor’s former protege will go to work to make sure that doesn’t happen.
Unfortunately, the protege will get killed in the line of duty. That leaves the weapon still out there for the taking. This will prompt MacGyver and company to go on a mad search for the weapon so Desi can pull off a huge heist of the weapon before it gets sold to a group of terrorists.
CBS’ official description for episode 2 reads like this, “When Taylor’s former protégé is killed while preventing a bio-weapon from falling into the wrong hands, Mac and the team must find the weapon so Desi can pull off the ultimate heist before it’s sold to a terrorist cell.”
Will Mac and company successfully pull off this very difficult task? That is the giant question we’ll be looking to see get answered when this thing hits the airwaves next week. It should be quite entertaining. So, get ready for it.
Episode 3 will feature quite a few guest stars. They are: Sebastian Roche as character (Hannibal), Aimee Mullins as character (Jess Miller), Ian Hunter as character (Nick Evans), Michelle Lukes as character (Rebecca Meyers), Drew Lamkins as character (Otto).
Guest stars continued: Zach Hanner as character (Henri Bellouse), Daniel Danca as character (Russian Guard #1), Andre Pushkin as character (Sergei/Russian Guard #2), Tangi Colombel as character (Russian Auctioneer), Jackie Prucha as character (Sue Meyers), Richard Garner as character (Paul Meyers), Mei Ritchart as character (10 Year Old Desi), Nick Buggs as character (Melody) and Eden Harper as character (Bully).
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 2 are: Lucas Till as character (Angus “Mac” MacGyver), Tristin Mays as character (Riley Davis), Justin Hires as character (Wilt Bozer), Meredith Eaton as character (Matty Weber), Levy Tran as character (Desi Nguyen) and Henry Ian Cusick as character (Russ Taylor).
Episode 2 was written by Peter M. Lenkov and Andrew Klein, and it was directed by Duane Clark.
CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 2 of MacGyver’s current season 5 is indeed scheduled to arrive next Friday night, December 11, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
