General Hospital December 24 & 25, 2020 Episodes Delayed. Not Airing
Hey, “General Hospital” fans. We are on here to let you guys know that the journey of General Hospital has come to an end for this week. ABC has decided to not air any new episodes for it this Thursday, December 24, 2020 and Friday, December 25, 2020.
Our guess is that it’s most likely because of the holidays. I guess it’s considered taboo to air new episodes during the holidays. Whatever the case, it’s not happening.
The good news is that ABC will get right back to airing new episodes of General Hospital this Monday afternoon, December 28, 2020 in its usual 1 pm central standard time slot. So, be sure to memorize that very important date and time or write it down somewhere.
So, what is ABC airing instead of new General Hospital episodes this Thursday and Friday afternoon? Well, according to the TV guide listings, ABC is going to air a repeat episode of General Hospital this Thursday, December 24, 2020. It will be the episode that originally aired back on September 16, 2020.
ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “Stella is sympathetic. Sonny reminisces about what might have been. Carly gives Jason an update. Michael and Willow grow closer. Brando has a moment with Josslyn.”
Then, this Friday, December 25, 2020, ABC is going to provide LIVE coverage for an NBA Basketball game featuring the Brooklyn Nets versus the Boston Celtics. ABC’s description for it says they will be playing at the TD Garden in Boston.
If any of you guys are up for a rerun of General Hospital and a professional basketball game this Thursday and Friday, you might still want to flip on ABC during that time.
If you are not interested in this alternative line of programming that ABC has mapped out for tomorrow and Friday, you will certainly want to get some other plans cooked up as quickly as you can.
With that said, we did track down some new info for Monday’s new December 28, 2020 episode of General Hospital. ABC released some official teaser descriptions for it. So, we’re going to run those by you.

With that said, ABC’s official description for the new December 28, 2020 episode of General Hospital reads like this, “Britt chooses sides. Carly knows more than she lets on. Maxie and Peter decide on a name for their child. Obrecht’s contempt intensifies. Terry and Cam have a heart-to-heart.”
Again, ABC confirmed that General Hospital will return with new episodes on Monday afternoon, December 28, 2020 at approximately 1 pm central standard time.
