Magnum PI Season 3, December 25, 2020 Episode 4 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “Magnum P.I.” fans. Happy Christmas to you all. Unfortunately, we’re having to bring some gloom to your holidays by reporting that the next, new episode 4 of Magnum PI’s current season 3 is not airing tonight, December 25, 2020. Apparently, this is going to be a two-week thing. So, CBS is not airing the new episode 4 next week either.

No, no, no. Instead, you guys are going to have to wait until Friday night, January 8,2020 to see the next, new episode 4. It’s scheduled to air in its same 8 pm central standard time slot that night and on CBS of course. So, be sure to memorize the hell out of that important date and time or get it wrote down somewhere.

CBS will, of course, be airing something else instead of the next, new episode 4 of Magnum PI’s current season 3 tonight. According to the TV guide listings, CBS is going to air a pair of Magnum PI, repeat episodes over these next two weeks.

Tonight, they’re going to re-air the Magnum PI episode 10 of last season 2 titled, “Blood Brothers.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Magnum, flooded with memories of his tour in Afghanistan, helps his fallen friend’s brother search for a now-grown Afghan boy who may have been a victim of trafficking.”

Then , next Friday night, January 1, 2021, CBS will re-air Magnum PI’s episode 16 of last season 2 titled, “Farewell to Love.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Magnum and Higgins go under cover as a couple on a romantic bus tour. A love bird on the trip is murdered and evidence is quickly deteriorating in the Hawaiian heat. TC is shaken when he runs into his ex-girlfriend.”

If you guys think you might want to check out these repeat episodes of Magnum PI, CBS might still be an ideal channel for you to watch over these next, two Friday nights.

If you definitely do not want to see these repeat episodes of Magnum PI, you will ,without a doubt, want to get something else lined up immediately.

With all of that said, CBS did leave behind an official press release for the next, new episode 4 of Magnum PI’s current season 3. That means we’ve got a few things to tell you about it. So, that’s what we’re going to do.

Please make note that this press release does contain spoilery teaser descriptions. So, if you don’t want to see spoilers of any kind, we do highly advise that you leave this article right now. If you proceed further, just know that you have been warned.

With that said, we’re going to start with the title for episode 4. It’s officially called, “First the Beatdown, Then the Blowback.” So, that’s a bit of a long title.

It sounds like episode 4 will feature some very interesting, possible dramatic, intense and action-filled scenes.

In the new episode 4, a mixed martial arts fighter character will take the spotlight when he or she gets pressured by a terrible, controlling gang to throw an illegal fight! In light of this terrible development, Magnum and Higgins will jump in to try and help this up and coming mixed martial arts fighter.

Elsewhere, Kumu is going totally get some spotlight when she steals a very important artifact from a collector ,and gets thrown in the slammer for it.

CBS’ official description for episode 4 reads like this, “Magnum and Higgins help an up-and-coming mixed martial arts fighter who is being pressured by a gang to throw an illegal fight. Also, Kumu is arrested for stealing an artifact from a collector that should be returned to its original resting place.”

Episode 4 will feature quite a few guest stars. They are: Kimee Balmilero as character (Dr. Noelani Cunha), Dennis Chun as character (Sgt. Duke Lukela), Joseph Mareko as character (Alema Kaluna), Linda Good as character (Booking Officer), Chris Putt as character (Bruiser #1).

Guest stars continued: Lance Lim as character (Dennis Katsumoto), Zack Harris as character (Detective Kanemura), Peter Jae as character (Hiroki Matsui), Pake Salmon as character (Keoni), Terrell Tilford as character (Izzy Durrell), Kordell C.L. Kekoa as character (Kahu), Katy M. O’Brian as character (Kai Durrell), Yancy Medeiros as character (Kai’s Trainer) and Zeus Kang as character (Matsui Thug #1).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 4 are: Jay Hernandez as character (Thomas Magnum), Perdita Weeks as character (Juliet Higgins), Zachary Knighton as character (Orville “Rick” Wright), Stephen Hill as character (Theodore “TC” Calvin), Tim Kang as character (Det. Gordon Katsumoto) and Amy Hill as character (Kumu).

The episode 4 story is by Aaron Lam and Peter M. Lenkov. The teleplay is by Eric Guggenheim and Mike Diaz, and it was directed by Eagle Egilsson.

Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 4 of Magnum PI’s current season 3 is scheduled to arrive on Friday night, January 8, 2021 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
