New The Bachelor Spoilers For January 4, 2021 Premiere Episode 1 Revealed
Hey, Bachelor Nation fans. It’s that time again. Yes, we are getting a brand new season of The Bachelor in just a couple of days when this Monday, January 4, 2021 rolls around. So, this will be the 2021 edition of The Bachelor with headliner Matt James.
Not that skin color should matter, but Matt will be the first African American male to headline a season of The Bachelor. So, that will be another milestone for the Bachelor Nation franchise.
In this article, we’ve got a couple of official spoiler scoops for the very first episode 1, thanks to the lovely folks over at ABC. So, let’s get into it.
ABC is telling us that Matt James is 28 years old. He has strong family values. He’s a real estate broker, entrepreneur and the founder of a community organization. Most importantly, he’s on a journey to find love.
They go on to say that Matt has never been in love before, but he feels very ready to welcome it into his life no matter what challenges it may bring. So, that all sounds very terrific.
ABC’s official description for this Matt James introduction reads like this, “Matt James, the charismatic and engaging star of ABC’s hit romance reality series “The Bachelor,” will hand out the roses for its momentous 25th season.
After meeting Matt as a prospective suitor for “The Bachelorette,” Bachelor Nation swooned when they learned he would take on the role as the lead of his own love story.
Matt is the total package with strong family values, a great career, and he has used his growing platform for good. His emerging legion of fans can’t wait to follow the 28-year-old real estate broker, entrepreneur and community organization founder on his journey to find love during this historic season.
Although Matt hasn’t been in love before, he feels he is ready now to welcome it into his life no matter what challenges he will face as he starts his search for his happily ever after.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that Matt will get introduced to 32 women at the beginning of his journey for love. At some point, one of the women is going to cause a major stir by showing up in just a black lingerie piece. Then she will ask Matt to help her pick out an outfit. That should definitely leave a big, first impression.
ABC’s description for the arrival of the 32 women reads like this, “A record-breaking 32 exceptional, beautiful women have come from all over the country to leave their everyday lives behind for the opportunity to meet the accomplished, handsome heartthrob from North Carolina.
The bachelorettes pull out all the stops to catch his eye. One woman causes a stir by arriving in nothing but black lingerie and asks Matt to help her pick out an outfit from a rack of clothes.”
The 3rd spoiler teaser reveals that two of the ladies will put on quite a show as one of them arrives in a chauffeur-driven, gold Bentley. The other one will arrive on a throne apparatus like Cleopatra, and she will be wearing a crown!
ABC’s description for this outrageous moment reads like this, “But the drama is ratcheted up when dueling ladies arrive: one in a chauffeur-driven gold Bentley, only to be upstaged by another being carried in on a throne like Cleopatra, wearing a gold crown. Behold “the Queen”!”
The 4th spoiler scoop reveals that one of Matt’s ladies will be born deaf, and she has a cochlear implant (it’s for helping her to hear). Matt will find a lot of admiration for this girl.
ABC’s description for Matt’s deaf girl reads like this, “However, nothing can stop the first blossoms of romance from blooming between Matt and the women. One who was born deaf and has a cochlear implant wins his admiration, but will she garner the coveted first impression rose?”
The 5th and last teaser description lets us know that there will indeed be a rose ceremony,and Matt will find it very difficult to say goodbye to some of the women, but he will as only 24 out of the 32 women will be left after it’s all said and done.
ABC’s description for the first rose ceremony reads like this, “Matt finds his first rose ceremony overwhelming, discovering it difficult to say goodbye to the women he really didn’t want to disappoint.
Twenty-four hopeful bachelorettes remain to join him on his romantic adventure to find the love of his life who could be his future wife.”
ABC’s press release confirmed that the premiere episode 1 of The Bachelor 2021 edition with Matt James is scheduled to air this Monday night, January 4, 2021 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. Episodes can also be viewed the next day on demand and on Hulu.
