New The Resident Spoilers For Season 4, January 19, 2021 Episode 2 Revealed

Hey,”The Resident” fans. Welcome to the new season 4. We know it took a while to get here due to the terrible pandemic mess, but FOX finally got it out there. We hope you guys enjoyed the premiere episode 1. Now that it’s all wrapped up, we are back on here to tell you how the next, new episode 2 will play out when it airs next Tuesday night, January 19, 2021.

The terrific folks over at FOX were kind enough to grace us with a plethora of official teaser descriptions for episode 2 via their episode 2 press release. So, we’re going to go over it right now. Let’s do it.

To start, episode 2 is officially entitled, “Mina’s Kangaroo Court.” It sounds like episode 2 will feature some very intense,dramatic,interesting and emotional scenes as Cain’s elective surgery patient encounters complications!

Conrad and Devon treat a local Congresswoman. Bell starts to worry a lot. Logan Kim gets thrown on the chopping block and more!

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Cain’s elective surgery patient situation. It turns out that complications will indeed arise for the patient that Cain performed elective surgery on.

This will indeed cause this patient to return to the hospital. Mina and Raptor will be in charge of dealing with this matter, and they will have trouble agreeing on what exactly they need to do about it.

FOX’s official description for this problem patient storyline reads like this, “When Cain’s elective surgery patient returns with complications, Mina and Raptor butt heads over how to handle the situation.”

The second spoiler scoop reveals that Conrad and Devon will also be very busy in this episode as they are tasked with treating a local Congresswoman. This Congresswoman will certainly be a problem as she will hide information that could prevent her from receiving the correct medical attention. All of this drama will cause Devon to open up about all the grief he’s feeling at the moment.

FOX’s description for this Conrad, Devon and Congresswoman scenario reads like this, “Conrad and Devon treat a local Congresswoman who withholds information that could prevent her from receiving proper treatment, causing Devon to open up about his grief.”

The 3rd spoiler teaser reveals that there will be a ton of colleagues that have been lost due to the terrible Covid-19 pandemic. In light of this terrible situation, Bell will start to worry if he’ll ever have anyone there for him in his moment of crisis.

These fears will cause him to go on the hunt to track down his estranged former stepson who is an elite plastic surgeon named Jake Wong.

FOX’s description for this Bell storyline reads like this, “In the wake of losing many colleagues to the virus, Bell worries who would be there for him in a moment of crisis and finds himself mining his own past to find his estranged former stepson, elite plastic surgeon Dr. Jake Wong (guest star Conrad Ricamora).”

The 4th and last teaser description lets us know that Logan will be in some deep trouble of sorts in this episode. Apparently, he did some questionable actions during the pandemic. So, a lot of the doctors will get questioned about what he did.

FOX’s description for this Logan Kim situation tells us, “Logan Kim finds himself on the chopping block when the doctors are questioned about his actions during the pandemic.”

Episode 2 will feature quite a few guest stars. They are: Vince Foster as character Dr. Paul Chu, Tasso Feldman as character Dr. Irving Feldman, Denitra Isler as character Nurse Hundley, Jessica Miesel as character Jessica Moore, Rob Yang as character Logan Kim, Kerr Smith as character Jacob Yorn.

Guest stars continued: Nichelle Hines as character Nichelle Randall, Chido Nwokocha as character James Carroll, Brian George as character Tejan Pravesh, Conrad Ricamora as character Jake Phillips/ Dr. Jake Wong, Evelyn Lorena as character Bianca/Alicia, Victor McCay as character Ben Mullins, Christy Baggett as character Beverly Mullins.

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 2 are: Matt Czuchry as character Conrad Hawkins, Bruce Greenwood as character Dr. Randolph Bell, Manish Dayal as character Devon Pravesh, Emily VanCamp as character Nicolette Nevin, Shaunette Renée Wilson as character Mina Okafor, Malcolm-Jamal Warner as character Dr. AJ Austin, Jane Leeves as character Dr. Kit Voss and Morris Chestnut as character Dr. Barrett Cain.

FOX’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 2 of The Resident’s current season 4 is indeed scheduled to air next Tuesday night, January 19, 2021 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
