New MacGyver Spoilers For Season 5, February 12, 2021 Episode 8 Revealed

Hey, “MacGyver” fans. We are back at you with a new spoiler session. Since episode 7 has already come and gone, we’re going to be talking about what is coming up in the next,new episode 8 of MacGyver’s current season 8. It’s due out next Friday night, February 12, 2021.

The terrific CBS folks did deliver an official press release for this new episode 8. It contains a couple of teaser descriptions. So, we’re going to go over those in this spoiler session. Let’s do it.

To start, CBS revealed that this new episode 8 is officially labeled/titled, “SOS + Hazmat + Ultrasound + Frequency + Malihini.”

It sounds like episode 8 will feature some very intense, action-filled, dramatic, interesting and suspenseful scenes as MacGyver and company try to pull off a new rescue mission from a deadly illness! Taylor, Bozer and Jerry Ortega team up for an infiltration mission and more.

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the rescue mission situation. It turns out that MacGyver’s former mentor Ian Cain and his whole embassy staff will become victims of a very deadly and mystery illness!

In light of this terrible development, MacGyver and his team will be prompted to race against time to help Ian Cain and his staff.

CBS’ official description for this intense, rescue mission reads like this, “Mac and team rush to help when Matty’s former mentor, Ian Cain (Robert Patrick), and his embassy staff come down with a deadly, mysterious illness.

Will MacGyver and company be able to get to them in time and put a stop to the effects of this mystery sickness? That is definitely a very important question we’ll be looking to see get answered in this episode.

There’s no doubt this storyline will deliver some major drama, action and adventure for you guys. So, get ready for it next week.

The second and last spoiler scoop lets us know that Taylor, Bozer and Jerry Ortega will be featured in some very intense scenes together in this episode as they will all team up to try and pull off an infiltration mission of a Codex cell.

CBS’ description for this Taylor, Bozer and Jerry Ortega storyline reads like this, “Taylor and Bozer work with Jerry Ortega (“Hawaii Five-0’s” Jorge Garcia) to infiltrate a Codex cell on MACGYVER.”

It definitely sounds like this plotline will feature some more action and suspense. So, we’re definitely looking forward to seeing how this episode will play out. It should be quite entertaining.

Episode 8 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Jorge Garcia as character (Jerry Ortega), Robert Patrick as character (Ian Cain), Carey Van Driest as character (Dr. Novak), Sunny Mabrey as character (Recruiter), Daniel O’Callaghan as character (Older Man/Dr. Viskoff) and Jordan Trovillion as character (Nurse).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 8 are: Lucas Till as character (Angus “Mac” MacGyver), Tristin Mays as character (Riley Davis), Justin Hires as character (Wilt Bozer), Meredith Eaton as character (Matty Weber), Levy Tran as character (Desi Nguyen) and Henry Ian Cusick as character (Russ Taylor).

Episode 8 was written by Cindy Appel, and it was directed by Yangzoma Braun.

CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 8 of MacGyver’s current season 5 is indeed scheduled to air next Friday night, February 12, 2021 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
