MacGyver Season 5, February 26, 2021 Episode 10 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “MacGyver” fans. We unfortunately have another session of bad news to run by you in this article. We’ve just become aware that CBS will not be airing the next, new episode 10 of MacGyver’s current season 5 tonight, February 26, 2021.
We can say there is a silver lining in all of this, and that silver lining is that this delay will only be for tonight. CBS has informed us that they do have the new episode 10 scheduled to air next Friday night, March 5, 2021 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot. So, you will certainly want to do everything you can to memorize that very important date and time.
With that said, we were able to track down what in the hell is CBS replacing the next, new MacGyver season 5, episode 10 with tonight. According to the TV Guide listings, CBS will be airing a repeat episode of MacGyver. It will be the 11th episode of last season 4 titled, “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.”
CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “As Nell keeps Callen in the dark about the team’s search for Katya, Callen tracks down the person tailing him in a remote location teeming with Russians… and face to face with Anna (Bar Paly).”
If any of you guys are up for watching this particular repeat episode of MacGyver, you might still want to watch CBS ,tonight, as you normally would at that time.
If you want nothing but the next, new episode 10, you will certainly want to get a set of different plans cooked up real quick.
Spoiler Warning: For those of you who may like spoilers, we were able to round up a few of them for the next, new episode 10 of MacGyver’s current season 5. CBS was nice enough put out an episode 10 press release. So, we’re going to go over it real quick. Let’s go.
To start, this CBS episode 10 press release revealed that it’s officially titled, “Diamond + Quake + Carbon + Comms + Tower.” It sounds like episode 10 will feature some very interesting, intense, dramatic, action-filled and suspenseful scenes.
In the new episode 10, Mac and his team will be on an intense mission to try and hunt down the Codex lead. While doing so, they will find out that Murdoc actually hacked their comms and has been recording them for months!
Murdoc and Andrews are working with each other in an attempt to kill numerous people! If that’s not enough, they want to reveal each Phoenix member’s most-guarded secrets! So, Mac and company will use all of their energy to try and stop Murdoc and Andrews’ evil plot.
CBS’ official description for episode 10 reads like this, “While on a mission to hunt down a Codex lead, Mac and the team discover Murdoc (David Dastmalchian) hacked their comms and has recorded them for months.
Now, Mac and the team must stop Murdoc, who is working with Andrews (Joe Pantoliano), as they plot to kill thousands and reveal each Phoenix member’s most-guarded secrets.”
An alternate description reads like this, “MAC AND THE TEAM’S MOST GUARDED SECRETS ARE REVEALED WHEN MURDOC HACKS THEIR COMMS AND PLOTS TO KILL THOUSANDS WITH THE HELP OF ANOTHER ENEMY OF PHOENIX.”
Episode 10 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: David Dastmalchian as character (Murdoc) and Joe Pantoliano as character (Andrews).
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 10 are: Lucas Till as character (Angus “Mac” MacGyver), Tristin Mays as character (Riley Davis), Justin Hires as character (Wilt Bozer), Meredith Eaton as character (Matty Weber), Levy Tran as character (Desi Nguyen) and Henry Ian Cusick as character (Russ Taylor).
Episode 10 was written by Andrew Karlsruher & Andrew Klein, and it was directed by Michael Martinez.
CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 10 of MacGyver’s current season 5 is scheduled to finally arrive next Friday night, March 4,2021 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
