According to the folks over at TV Line, the Bull season 6 renewal announcement took place during the middle of April 2021. So, CBS gave it sort of an early renewal.

Currently, we’re not sure how many episode that Bull’s 6th season will feature. We think season 5 got cut short due to all of the filming difficulties that the terrible pandemic presented last year. All we can tell you ,right now, is that we hope things will get back to normal enough to allow the Bull cast and crew to film a full 22 or 24 episode season for season 6. We’ll have to wait and see.

CBS also served up renewals for their other shows: Blue Bloods, S.W.A.T., Magnum P.I., The Equalizer, FBI, FBI: Most Wanted, Bob Hearts Abishola, The Neighborhood and Young Sheldon. If any of you guys are also fans of any of those shows, that’s some extra good news for you.

Currently, CBS has sadly canceled: Mom, NCIS: New Orleans, All Rise and MacGyver. If any of you guys like those shows, that’s obviously some very sad news for you.

Back to Bull. Its current season 5 averaged 5.042 million LIVE viewers per episode and 0.46 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. The most recent episode 15, which aired last Monday night, May 10, 2021, drew in 4.927 million LIVE viewers and a 0.46 ratings score.

The most-watched episode was episode 5 with 5.624 million LIVE viewers. The lowest-watched episode was episode 1 with 4.470 million LIVE viewers. The highest-rated episode was episode 5 with a 0.54 ratings score. The lowest-rated episode was episode 10 with a 0.39 ratings score. Those numbers were obviously good enough to appease the CBS folks. So, again, that is great news for the Bull cast and crew.
